Objective:①evaluation of 64-slice Spiral CT in the diagnosis of ovarian tumors in value;②evaluation of ovarian vascularized ovarian shows that the levy and the levy in the identification of ovarian and non-targeting of ovarian cancer in value.Materials and Methods:ovarian tumor group of 60 cases, non-ovarian tumor group of 30 patients,both confirmed by surgery and pathology.①diagnosis:ovarian tumors(benign and malignant)60 cases of non-30 patients with ovarian tumors.②diagnosis:60 cases of ovarian cancer cases in 64-slice CT diagnosis of surgery and pathology results of its control.Method:Germany's Siemens 64-slice CT machine(sensation 64),Collimator width of 16×1.5mm,acquisition thickness 0.625 mm~1.25mm,scanning conditions for the 120 KV,180mAs.Used high-pressure injector(missouri 2001,Germany ULRICH),the elbow before intravenous injection Mission of non-ionic contrast 300 mg/ml (Schering Pharmaceutical Company,was gifted Victoria),the contrast agent total 90 ml,injection rate of 3 ml / s,Were delayed 33 seconds and 85 seconds Scan.Scan the top of the diaphragm to pelvic floor.Siemens will spread to the original image reconstruction workstations,to MPR (multiplanar reconstruction,MPR)and surface reconstruction(curved planar reconstruction,CPR),reconstruction thickness of 1 mm~1.5mm, interval 0.7 mm~1.2mm。Results:(1)diagnosis:90 cases of pelvic masses in 60 patients with ovarian tumor of origin,including epithelial tumors(serous and mucinous cystadenoma,Cystadenocarcinoma)42 cases,teratoma three cases,one case of thecoma Cell tumor,at the junction of two cases of serous cystadenoma,two cases of cell clones.B-cell lymphoma cases,nine cases of metastatic ovarian cancer;origin of the non-ovarian cancer 30 cases,of which 21 cases of uterine fibroids,gastro-intestinal stromal tumors four cases,sigmoid colon cancer Two cases,after three cases of peritoneal origin(of one case of nerve fibers,liposarcoma two cases).(1) vascularized ovarian levy:vascularized ovarian levy a rate of ovarian cancer accounted for 88.3%Source(53/60),non-ovarian tumor source of 13.3%(4 / 30)(X~2 value =48.44,P<0.05).(2)ovarian shows Zheng: ovarian display rate,ovarian tumor source of 8.3%(5 / 60),non-ovarian tumors of the source of 50.0%(15/30)(X~2 value =20.09,P<0.05).(3)and ureter:three cases of retroperitoneal tumor sources in the rear ureter or wrapping ipsilateral ureter,and the remaining tumors in the ureter in front.(2)diagnosis results:①benign tumors in 33 cases,30 were diagnosed correctly,the accuracy rate was 86.9 percent,of which 18 cases of serous cystadenoma,mucinous cystadenoma nine cases,cystic teratoma three cases,One cases of follicle cells,at the junction of two cases of serous cystadenoma.Pathological diagnosis was benign,33 cases,CT mistaken for a vicious,three cases,the misdiagnosis rate of 9.1%,;②malignant tumors in 27 cases,the correct diagnosis of 24 cases,the accuracy rate was 88.8 percent,with serous Cystadenocarcinoma 12 cases,mucinous Cystadenocarcinoma three cases,two cases of cancer cell clones,B-cell lymphoma one cases,nine cases of metastatic ovarian cancer,malignant diagnosis for 27 cases,CT mistaken for benign and three cases, misdiagnosis rate of 11.1%.CT diagnosis of ovarian benign tumor,the false positive rate was 11.1%(3 / 27),the false negative rate of 9.1%(3 / 33),the sensitivity of 90.9%(30/33),specificity of 88.9%(24/27),the positive predictive value 90.9%(30/33),negative predictive value 88.9% (24/27),the accuracy of 90.0%(54/60),the positive likelihood ratio of 8.2,negative likelihood ratio of 0.1.CT diagnosis of ovarian cancer,the false positive rate was 9.1%(3 / 33),the false negative rate of 11.1%(3 / 27),the sensitivity of 88.9%(24/27),specificity of 90.9%(30/33),the positive predictive value 88.9%(24/27),negative predictive value 90.9% (30/33),the accuracy of 90.0%(54/60),the positive likelihood ratio of 9.8,negative likelihood ratio 0.12, Conclusion:①64-slice CT can show tumor internal structure, density characteristics of the tumor edge and strengthen the level of ovarian cancer diagnosis have a high value.②ovarian vascularized ovarian levy and the levy on the show identification sources ovarian cancer and non-ovarian tumor sources have important significance.
