Objective: To investigate the systemic sclerosis with pulmonary hypertension incidence rate, analysis of its clinical features, immunology and indicators of systemic sclerosis in the relevance of pulmonary hypertension. To provide clinical experience for systemic sclerosis with pulmonary hypertension in the early diagnosis. Methods: Retrospective analysis of the study between 2004 and 2007 in Xiangya Hospital of systemic sclerosis patients with pulmonary hypertension of the clinical features and immunological characteristics, and with the same period of systemic sclerosis not hospitalized with pulmonary hypertension Patients were compared. Results: 117 patients with systemic sclerosis patients, combined with pulmonary hypertension in 13 cases, of which eight cases of solitary pulmonary hypertension, there are seven cases of localized scleroderma, PAH in SSs in the incidence rate of 11.1 percent. The two groups in gender, age difference was not significant. Clinical manifestations of systemic sclerosis with pulmonary hypertension group of Raynaud's phenomenon, fingertip ulcers, post-shortness of breath, P2 hyperthyroidism, pericardial effusion rate was significantly higher than systemic sclerosis without pulmonary hypertension group, the laboratory During the inspection, and systemic sclerosis with pulmonary hypertension group IgG, RF increased significantly higher than that of systemic sclerosis without pulmonary hypertension group, the above differences are significant (P <0.05). Systemic sclerosis with pulmonary hypertension group in the 10,11,12,1,2 cold weather in the hospital for 84.6 percent while systemic sclerosis without pulmonary hypertension group in the cold weather in the admission of only 54.8 %.Conclusion: The study of hospitalized patients with systemic sclerosis pulmonary hypertension incidence rate of 11.1 percent. Systemic sclerosis patients with Raynaud's phenomenon, fingertip ulcers, pericardial effusion, RF increased, IgG increased more prone to pulmonary hypertension.
