The Clinical Study For Relationship Of Serum Npt And HS-CRP Between Cerebral Infarction

Objection To explore the relationship of serum Neopterin and HS-CRP between the state of Cerebral infarction and other risk factors.Methods (1) Serum Neopterin HS-CRP and related biochemic indicators (including blood pressure ,blood glucose, blood lipid etc.)were masured in 57 cases in CI group within24 h from onset, 72h ,7d respectively at acute stage; (2) Serum Neopterin, HS-CRP and related biochemic indicators (including blood pressure ,blood glucose, blood lipid etc.)were well estimated but once in 29 cases in LI group , and 32 cases in normal contrast group at the point of their enrollment . (3)In the CI group, the Npt level whithin 24h from onset was positive related to systolic pressure,distolic pressure,blood glocuse level, triacylglycerollevel , blood plate acount, blood corpuscle acount and Nervous System Dysfunction Score(NDS) were mesured paralledly . (4)All patients were underwent crotid ultrasound color doppler esamination.Results In CI group,serum Npt,HS-CRP presented an inreased tendency , they were observed to increase wthin 24h from onset,achieve the ape at 72h, however show a decrease tendency at 7d but above normal; (2)serum Npt level wthithin 24 h from onset was positive related with age ,systolic blood pressure,dystolic blood pressure,blood glucose level ,lipid level , blood plate count, and blood leucocyte level and NDS (P<0. 05),was negtive related with high-density lipidprotein (P<0. 05), showed no significance with the thickness of crotid truna media (P<0. 05). (3)The classification in CI group , LI group ,and normal contract group was related with serum Npt and HS-CRP ,between which soft palque and mixed plaque had higher serum Npt and HS-CRP level (P<0. 05). (4). The NDS in CI group were positive related with serum Npt and HS-CRP ,and showed a tendency of increasing first ,and declining follow that, from 24h after onset ,7d,14d,28d, which landed normal level at 28d.Conclusion Serum Npt and HS-CRP were positive related significantly increased in acute stage of CI group,which indicate the genesis of artherosclerosis cerbral infarcition of aclerscrosis patients is also a immume and inflamatory process,and the serum Npt and HS-CRP can be used as diagnosis and prognosis indexes.
