Ophiorrhiza is herbage or shrub plant, which comprises over 200 species, and there are 72 species in China. So far about 60 species of Ophiorrhiza's chemical constituents are unbeknown, including O. austroyunnanensis and O. rosea. In this paper, the chemical constituents of O. austroyunnanensis and O. rosea were reported for the first time, which would be beneficial to the manufacture of new medicines and exploiting drug resource. 23 compounds have been isolated, which cover alkaloids, anthraquinones, and triterpenes, and so on. This dissertation is composed of two chapters:Chapter 1 Chemical constituents of O. austroyunnanensis 5 compounds were isolated from O. austroyunnanensis. They were characterized asβ-sitosterol,β-stigmasterol,β-sitosterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, 3β-acetox-20- lupanol andβ-stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucoside. Chapter 2 Chemical constituents of O. rosea18 compounds were isolated from O. rosea. They were characterized as Harman, 2-hydroxy-3-hydroxymethylanthraquinone,1-hydroxy-2-hydroxymethylanthraquinone -3-O-β-glucoside, 1-hydroxy-2-hydroxymethylanthraquinone-3-O-β-primeveroside, ursolic acid, 3α,19,24-trihydroxy-12-ursen-28-oic acid, 19,23-dihydroxy-3-oxo-12- ursen-28-oic acid, 3α,24-dihydroxy-12-oleanen-28-oic acid, 3,20-epoxy-3α,16- dihydroxy-15-oxo-7-pimaren-19,6-olide,β-stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucoside,β-sitosterol. Besides, 4 compounds'structures are to be confirmed.
