| Chinese medicine is always the treasure of Chinese nation,but it's difficult to determine for its complex ingredient for a long time, and its effect is often up to the feeling of patient,so that seriously hinders the advancement of traditional Chinese medicine modernization .In order to speed up the modernization of Chinese medicine development,we specially need to do a comprehensive study of Chinese medicine, so that achieve its quality control and standardization development.The technology of fingerprint is an effective means which fully reflect the intrinsic quality of Chinese medicine.The study establishes the HPLC fingerprint and gas fingerprint of PZH,and it uses two similarity softwares to evaluate 10 batches of samples and 8 batches of imitated samples . The result indicated that, two similarity evaluation softwares has the same distinction ability for the above samples ;and it can be good to identify the samples by simultaneously using two fingerprints which are established by this study,it provides a effective reference for the quantitative identification and quality control of PZH.This study also establishes the method of simultaneous determination of three saponins in PZH,and it studies the determination of muscone in it,they are simple and feasible,and can be used for process and quality control in PZH. The security issues of Chinese medicine more and more arouses people's interest, they request people should detect the aflatoxin in Chinese medicine. This study discusses the detextion of aflatoxins in the Chinese medicine,and establishes the method of rapid detection of aflatoxin B1 and aflatoxin M1 in PZH and other Chinese medicine by Colliodal Gold Immunochromatographic Assay. The method is fast ,and it has strong specific detection.It can be used as a rapid screening tools and was easy to spread.
