Effect On Biological Behaviors Of Human Urinary Bladder Cancer T24 Cell Line About Atractylodes Macrocepha Oil

Objective To study the inhibitory effect and induce apoptosis of Atractylodes macrocepha oil on human urinary bladder cancer T24 cell line and its action mechanism,Prevent information of clinical therapy.Methods To take different concentrations Atractylodes macrocepha oil affect hunan urinary bladder cancer T24 cell line,MTT assay was used to identify growth inhibiting and effective concentrations of Atractylodes macrocepha oil on human urinary bladder cancer T24 cells in vitro;FCM is used to analyze induce T₂₄ cell apoptosis;morphous of cell apoptosisis observed by fluorescence microscope;Transmission electron microscope further observe morphous of cell apoptosis.Results IC₅₀ value of Atractylodes macrocepha oil for T₂₄ cell100mg.ml by MTT,The apoptotic cells were induced by Atractylodes macrocepha oil at the concentration of 50～200 mg·L - 1,moreover apoptotic rate gradually increase along with extend of drug action time.Conclusions Atractylodes macrocepha oil possess the function of killing directly and promoting T₂₄ bladder cell apoptotic.
