Objective:Through the serum of patients with cervical cancer and tissue plasminogen activator receptor protein(UPAR) detection of cervical cancer in their participation in the development of possible mechanisms,as well as UPAR expression and cervical cancer clinical pathophysiology characteristics.Methods:Collected from January 2006 to December 2007 in Shanxi Province Gynecological Cancer Hospital treated with complete clinical and pathological data,preoperative treatment did not visit any of the 42 cases of cervical cancerâ… b-â…¡a patients and 30 patients with cervical lesions of the uterine leiomyoma patients,Acquisition preoperative fasting blood than 2ml for 12h,after fresh from cervical cancer patients and adjacent tissues,and patients with uterine fibroids cervical,â… b-â…¡a period of cervical cancer patients after surgery two months,six months,review acquisition fasting blood greater than 12h 2ml,Not to collect any treatment of cervical cancerâ…¡b -â…£fasting collected 89 cases of patients with greater than 12h 2ml blood, All cases were confirmed by pathology.30 healthy volunteers more than 12h fasting blood 2ml.Results:1.UPAR in the serum of patients with cervical cancer were significantly higher than in healthy controls and in patients with uterine fibroids UPAR content.2.In the serum of patients with cervical cancer UPAR content and extent of tumor invasion,lymph node metastasis is with the degree of tumor differentiation irrelevant.3.Cervical cancer patients were significantly higher than in the UPAR adjacent tissues,adjacent tissues was significantly higher than that of normal cervical tissue UPAR content,and the degree of tumor differentiation,and the extent of tumor invasion,lymph node metastasis is closely related.4.After a recurrence of cervical cancer in patients with UPAR content continued to drop,in patients with relapse drop it not obvious or higher.Couclussion:1.In the serum of patients with cervical cancer UPAR content increased significantly with the clinical stage and the increase of UPAR Content increased trend in serum after review UPAR content decreased serum UPAR content and extent of tumor invasion,lymph node metastasis is with the degree of tumor differentiation irrelevant.2.In the serum of patients with cervical cancer UPAR content and extent of tumor invasion,lymph node metastasis is with the degree of tumor differentiation irrelevant.3.In the serum of patients with cervical cancer UPAR content increased,it also increased in the trend.The conclusion that:Clinicians can detect cervical cancer patients with serum and tissue content UPAR for cervical cancer diagnosis,and individual treatment programme development, and provide an important prognostic evaluation of the basis of early block at the same time it may be the expression of inhibit tumor invasion and metastasis,and the treatment of cervical cancer as a new way.
