ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between the expression of uPA,uPAR,PAI-1 and Maspin, and their biological behavior in cervical cancers.MethodsThe expression of uPA,uPAR,PAI-1 and Maspin in different tissues were detected by immunohistochemical method SP. The relationship of the expression with clinicopathological characteristics was statistically analyzed.Results(1) The expression of uPA increases from normal cervical tissues, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia tissues to cervical cancer tissues, the differences is sequentially(P<0.05). The expression of uPAis correlated with the depth of invasion, FIGO pathologic stage and lymph node Metastasis, which's positive rate are more than the control group's rate classicly (P<0.05)(2) The expression of uPAR increases from normal cervical tissues, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia tissues to cervical cancer tissues, the differences is sequentially (P<0.05). The expression of uPAR is correlated with the depth of invasion, FIGO pathologic stage and lymph node Metastasis, which's positive rate are more than the control group's rate classicly (P<0.05)(3) The expression of PAI-1 increases from normal cervical tissues, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia tissues to cervical cancer tissues, the differences is sequentially (P<0.05). The expression of PAI-1 is correlated with the depth of invasion, FIGO pathologic stage and lymph node Metastasis, which's positive rate are more than the control group's rate classicly (P<0.05)(4) The expression of maspin decreases from normal cervical tissues, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia tissues to cervical cancer tissues, the differences is sequentially (P<0.05). The expression of maspin is correlated with the depth of invasion, FIGO pathologic stage and lymph node Metastasis, which's positive rate are less than the control group's rate classicly (P<0.05)Conclusions(1)The carcinogenesis, invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer maybe correlated with the abnormal expression of uPA,uPAR,PAI-1, and they could be valuable tumor markers and prognostic factor for cervical cancer.(2)The carcinogenesis, invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer maybe correlated with the abnormal expression of Maspin. It could be potential target for therapies of cervical cancer.
