The ageing of the population is a trend of globalization, it has entered the ageing sociaty in our country, and the old-aged population concentrating in the rural arears. The medical problem of the ageing in rural is one which of question needs ti be solved. And this question is the most important to our health construction. As a developing country , the socio-econmic development level is not high ,the medical resource is limited. It has become a hot spots whose has been drop on how to improve the health care used those limited resourses. This research inspect the changes of the medical treatment behavior after the new cooperation medical by interviews with cases in the literature, observation and other surveys to examine.At first, this text study on the theory perspective. The author attempts to social protection and rational choice perspective of the treatment of the elderly in rural areas. And on the core concept of this study, research methods, research significance. And then describes and analyzes the elderly on the new rural cooperative medical system in cognitive means, and awareness of the cooperative medical system in attitude will be seeking treatment for the decomposition of prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, three acts. Analysis focused on the rural elderly in the treatment process because of type of illness and disease caused by time differences in the choice of their hospital visit, the difference in treatment line, as well as the new rural cooperative medical system in which the role. At last, the study concluded that, and the rural elderly in the treatment process of the existing problems in related policy recommendations.
