Objective The purpose of this study was to explore MMN,P300 for parkinsonian with mild cognitive impairment;understanding relationship between MMN changes and neuropsychological and cognitive impairment degree.Methods Auditory oddball mode stimulation was employed to evoke event - related potentials P300 and MMN - latency and baseline - peak amplitude in 48 cases of non - depressed non - dementia patients with Parkinson's disease (PD),and in 52 normal subjects well matched for age,sex and educational level.The application of the frontal lobe cognitive dysfunction sensitive neuropsychological methods(word fluency test,trail making,Stroop word - color test)to carry out inspections on the patient group and control group.Results 1)Compared with normal control group,the non- depressed and non- demented parkinsonian have lower frontal lobe cognitive test score stastical difference significance(word fluency test<0.01,trail making<0.01,Stroop word - color test<0. 01).2)P300 latency in patient group(366.75±46.87)was significantly longer than the control group,P<0.01,of which 22 were abnormal,abnormal rate 45.83%;amplitude (12.08±3.49)than the control group decreased,P>0.05,no significant difference,no statistical significance.3)In the patient group MMN latency(199.22±31.12)was significantly longer than the control group,P<0.01,of which 32 cases were abnormal,abnormal rate(66.67%);amplitude(5.62±2.34)compared with the control group decreased,P>0.05,no difference Significantly,no statistical significance.4)Patients with MMN latency extended and frontal degree of cognitive dysfunction were positively correlated.Conclusion 1.MMN as a quantitative indicator of electrophysiology,and earlier than P300 more sensitive to detect parkinsonian with mild dementia cognitive dysfunction,and not subject to the degree of consciousness and attention,MMN would be very useful for patients.2.Through the frontal sensitive neuropsychological tests and found that parkinsonian of cognitive function score was significantly lower than the control group,it would be valuable for clinical diagnosis and early intervention.3.We think that combination the MMN and frontal sensitive neuropsychological tests will be greatly enhanced the cognitive dysfunction diagnosis.To the patients for early intervention and treatment,it can improve the quality of life of patients.
