Three Cases Mitochondrial Diabetes And Analysis Of Their Pedigree

The first Chinese tRNALeu(UUR)3243A→G mitochondrial diabetes case was reported in Shanghai in 1995,which shows there are also mitochondrial diabetes in Chinese population.Since 1995,mitochondrial diabetes have been reported in several provinces in China.Up to March,2005,33 pedigrees of tRNALeu(UUR)3243A→G mitochondrial diabetes and 104 patients were reported in China.This article reports 3 mitochondrial diabetes and their pedigree.They are diagnosed by clinical symptoms and laboratory examinations,not by gene test.And it carries on clinical analysis and discuss about the three patients and their pedigree.
