We comprehend the academic thought of Zhongjing to cure polyidrosis through sorting and summarizing the article about diabetes and sweat in and raise the pathogenesis of polyidrosis caused by diabetes, expand the application of classical prescription to provide the original theory to cure polyidrosis caused by diabetes in clinic. The hole article concludes two parts:Part one is about the research advancement of polyidrosis caused by diabetes through the way of West Medicine and Chinese Medicine. West Medicine presume polyidrosis caused by diabetes is one kind of peripheral neuropathy of diabetes, which can happen in the earlier period. The pathogenesy is considered that abnormal metabolism of axiscylinder process and Schwann cell and neuropathy caused by lack of ventilation because of vascular lesion without ideal blood glucose and excite adrenergic nerve to secrete more sweat to be specific polyidrosis as a result. By now, the major treatment is to consist of operation and taking orally medicine.Chinese Medicine classify it into diabetes and polyidrosis and think it has something to do with yingqi and weiqi, exogenous evil, malfunction of entrails, Qi and blood, yin-yang. It can take palace at any time of the course of disease. We cure it on the basis of etiopathogenisis and the therapeutic effect is indeed through exclusive prescription, exclusive medicine, acupuncture and extra-perfunctory. Part two is about the application for the classical prescription of Zhongjing to cure polyidrosis caused by diabetes, which is divided into four parts: the first is to analyze the recognition of diabetes through sorting and summarizing the article about diabetes in ; the second is about the recognition of polyidrosis through sorting and summarizing the article about sweat in ; the third is about the pathogenesis of polyidrosis caused by diabetes through the recognition of diabetes and polyidosis; and the forth is about the treatment for classical prescription to cure polyidrosis caused by diabetes of Zhongjing.We analyze the etiopathogenisis and pathogenisis, characteristic of syndrome, main points of differentiation of symptoms and signs, therapeutic principle through sorting and summarizing the article about diabetes and polyidrosis in and cunderstand the characteristic of diabetes and polyidrosis by Zhongjing. So we raise the major pathogenesis of polyidrosis caused by diabetes is deficiency of the spleen and heat of the stomach, renal deficiency, heat accumulation of hepatocholic, troubled by watea, damp-phlegm and can take Baihu Decoction or Large Chengqi Decoction because of spontaneous perspiration, take Gardeniae and Sojae Praeparati Decoction because of cephal hidrosis, take Large Chengqi Decoction because of chiral and pedal sweating , take Baihu Decoction because of sweating above waist, small sweat, polyhidrosis in the type of deficiency of the spleen and heat of the stomach; take Licorice root Zingiberis Decoction first and Paeonia Licorice root Decoction second because of spontaneous perspiration, take Ramulus cinnamomi Fossilia ossis masto Ostreae Decoction because of polyhidrosis, take Decoction for Treating Yang Exhaustion or promotion of blood circulation Decoction for Treating Yang Exhaustion because of sweating without end in the type of renal deficiency; take Decoction or Five hoelen powder because of spontaneous perspiration, take Large Xianxiong Decoction or Herbae Artemisiae Capillariae Decoction because of cephal hidrosis in the type of troubled by watea, damp-phlegm; take Bupleurum Fossilia ossis masto Ostreae Decoction because of spontaneous perspiration, take Bupleurum Ramulus Cinnamomi Zingiberis because of cephal hidrosis in the type of heat accumulation of hepatocholic.
