Objective:This study of dialysis patients with hypertension to be adopted for TCM Syndrome investigation to find out distribution rule of the dialysis patients in the hypertension, and making correlation analysis between the TCM syndrome type and a series of indicators reflect to arterial compliance to seek Chinese dialectical Treatment of dialysis patients in the control of blood pressure, improve arterial compliance in an effective way. Methods:There are 201 cases on a stable condition in continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis patients with the symptom scale calculation of scores and sub-type, through the various instrument to measure blood pressure, pulse wave velocity (PWV), augmentation index (AI), vascular endothelial function and ankle-brachial index (ABI) and other indicators reflect arterial compliance. We analyzed the clinical data by SPSS 13.0th version statistical software. Continuous variables were expressed as mean±SD, while categorical variables were expressed as ratio or percentage. The comparison of continuous variables between groups was analyzed using t test, and among groups was analyzed using ANOVA (for post hoc analysis, SNK was performed if equal variance was assumed and Tamhane' s T2 test was performed if equal variance was not assumed). The comparison of ratio or percentage among groups was performed by chi square test. The evaluation of multiple factor was performed by hierarchical cluster. P value less than 0. 05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1. Dialysis patients with hypertension through symptom scale integration are divide into a total of five, according to the proportion of descending order :Tan shi yong sheng type (89 cases), the Yin and Yang deficiency type (52 cases), asdthenic splenonephro-yang type (26 cases) , hepatic and renal yin deficiency type (22 cases), Yin xu yang kang type (12 cases). 2. PP comparison among all groups: yin and yang deficiency group > asdthenic splenonephro-yang group = hepatic and renal yin deficiency group = Tan shi yong sheng group > Yin xu yang kang group (P<0. 05) .3. PWV comparison among all groups: yin and yang deficiency group > asdthenic splenonephro-yang group = hepatic and renal yin deficiency group > Tan shi yong sheng> Yin xu yang kang group (P<0.05) .4. AI comparison among all groups: yin and yang deficiency group> asdthenic splenonephro-yang group = hepatic and renal yin deficiency group > Tan shi yong sheng group = Yin xu yang kang group (P<0. 05) .5. FMD comparison among all groups: Tan shi yong sheng group > Yin xu yang kang group > asdthenic splenonephro-yang group = hepatic and renal yin deficiency group> yin and yang deficiency group (P<0. 05) .6. ABI comparison among all groups: Yin xu yang kang group = Tan shi yong sheng group > asdthenic splenonephro-yang group = hepatic and renal yin deficiency group > yin and yang deficiency group (P<0. 05) .Conclusion:The arterial compliance indicators are indications that the results of this comparison in Deficiency Syndrome group, in particular deficiency of yin and yang in patients with arterial compliance dropped significantly, while Tan shi yong sheng group, Yin xu yang kang group arterial flexibility relatively good. In the middle stages of disease development asdthenic splenonephro-yang group , hepatic and renal yin deficiency should be even more aggressive treatment to prevent the disease continue to develop. It is point out that antihypertensive treatment in the application of Western medicine and according to different type for Chinese medicine treatment of replenishing the liver and kidney, nourishing yin warming yang can help to improve the prognosis of patients.
