| Purpose of Experiment:This study Yu Le granules treatment group,fluoxetine hydrochloride treatment group and control group,before and after treatment through the use of pathology test methods 17 of the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),neuropsychological testing methods Wisconsin Card Sorting Test(WCST)to be in effect. Detection and plasma cortisol concentrations of Yu Granule the treatment of depression cognitive impairment in the pharmacological mechanisms,Chinese medicine treatment for depression cognitive impairment to find an objective basis so as to better guide clinical treatment.Experiment Method:In this study were collected meet the diagnostic criteria for depression in patients with 60 cases were divided into Yu Le granules group,Group 2 Prozac group and the control group selected Shenzhen,Chinese medicine hospital health workers,graduate students in the hospital,interns,a total of 20.Yu Le granules group oral Granule three times a day,every time a pouch,according to adjust the amount of each condition 1-2 pouch;Prozac group day,each one, according to illness dose adjustments.The control group of normal diet,living and working.Observation of indicators include" neural Pathological tests before andafter treatment methods 17 of the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD), neuropsychological tests before and after the treatment method of Wisconsin Card Sorting Test(WCST),before and after treatment plasma concentration of cortisol.Result:Yu Le granules group overall response rate was 89.66 percent,88.46 percent for the Prozac group,the two groups showed no significant difference(P＞0.05); Yu Le granules after treatment with Prozac patients group HRSD total score and Factor at all decreased,the differences were significant(P＜0.05),in all of the representative branch of the target group to improve symptoms,Yu Le granules and Prozac performance slightly different:one of anxiety somatization,the two sleep disorders Factor improvement of nearly two hours (P＞0.05),and the healthy control group score difference was not significant (P＞0.05),cognitive impairment and slow sub-sub-factor improvement, improvement of nearly two(P＞0.05),scores are still below the healthy control group,had a significant difference(P＜0.05);Yu Le granules after treatment with Prozac group of patients at the correct number of WCST,classification number increas- ed number of errors,mistakes continue A few,then dropped a few mistakes,had a significant difference(P＜0.05),after treatment Yu Granule group and five of the Prozac group improved almost no significant change(P＞0.05),but with health Score the control group had a significant difference(P＜0.05);Yu Le granules after treatment with Prozac group of serum cortisol group were significantly decreased,the differences were significant (P＜0.05),after treatment Yu Granule Group Prozac group and the improvement of serum cortisol close,no significant change(P＞0.05),cortisol and the healthy control group hada significant difference(P＜0.05);before treatment in patients with depression and cortisol WCST errors,Sustained a few mistakes, mistakes were few positive correlation,there were significant(P＜0.05);with the correct number and classification of a negative correlation,a significant statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The study shows that Yu Le granules and Prozac can be effective in treating depression cognitive impairment,depression treatment of patients with plasma cortisol levels before and after the change,suggesting that Yu Granule and Prozac in the treatment of depression cognitive function Obstacles to the pharmacological mechanisms and channels may be similar,both to reduce serum cortisol levels.Therefore it that the heart of Liver Depression-depression, Yu Granule and the treatment of a Prozac.However,patients with major depression symptoms have been alleviated,cognitive function is still not fully restored,the community will still be residual deficit,which could recurrence of the disease is the common stress.And the cognitive function of patients with depressive disorder at home and abroad for rehabilitation therapy is not yet adequate,particularly in China.We should this as a diagnosis and treatment of depression in the direction of development,further improve the diagnosis and treatment of depression.
