Effect Of Kidney-Tonifying And Blooding-Activating Herbal Medicines On Expression Of BFGF,VEGF In Human Endometrium Of Anovulatory Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding Patiets

Objective:To explore the therapeutic mechanism of Chinese herbal medicine in treating anovulatory dysfuctional uterine bleeding(ADUB). And by exploring the effect of kidney-tonifying and blood-activating herbal medicines on expression of bFGF(basic fibroblast growth factor) and VEGF(vascular endothelial growth factor)in human endometrium of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients,to probe the mechanism of effect of Kidney-Tonifying and Blooding-Activating Herbal Medicines on anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding patiets by means of angiogenesis as the point of view.Design:We select 30 cases of ADUB who are in accordance with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome as treatment group and 30 cases of infertility with regular menstrustionas blank control group.Check the expression of bFGF and VEGF between treatment group and blank control group,before and after the patient taking the medicine(Gongxue Yin). Taking medicine observing the treatment group the hemostasis after three courses of treatment,menses condition surrounds traditional Chinese medicine symptom improvement as pertinent,and observe the changeof Hb content's.Results:①The expression of bFGF in treatment group after healing is higher than that before healing(P＜0.01).②The expression of VEGF in treatment group after healing is higher than that before healing(P＜0.01). ③Gongxue Yin has clinical fine synthetical curative effects when curing kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome anovulatory dysfuctional uterine bleeding.The total effective rate was 93.33%.④The expression of bFGF and VEGF in treatment group before healing is lower than control group(P＜0.01).⑤In the field of improvement clinical symptoms:the total effective rate was 96.67%.In the field of regulating menstruation curative effect,the average stanch day is 6.8 day.In the field of pathological type,the change rate of the secrete period is 86.67%.In the field of improving anaemia symptom,the contents of Hb after healing are more than that before healing(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The expression of bFGF and VEGF in human endometrium are low so can make the impediment of the angiogenesis,which is probably one of the mechanisms that causation of ADUB.By increasing the expression of bFGF and VEGF in human endometrium,and then promoting the angiogenesis, Gongxue Yin plays a role in hemostasis,which is probably one of the therapeutic mechanisms of kidney-tonifying and blood-activating herbal medicines in treating ADUB.Gongxue Yin has clinical fine synthetical curative effects when curing anovulatory dysfuctional uterine bleeding patients who are in accordance with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.It has the prompt hemostasis and the effect adjusting a menstrual cycle's.Furthermore,it has certain advantage around clinical symotoms in improvement.
