A Preliminary Study Of TCM Syndrome Type On Leukorrhagia And The Leukorrhagia Illness Associated Factors

ObjectiveTo make a research on the syndrome influential factors and distributive regulation of TCM on Leukorrhagia,and to establish foundation of diagnostic standardization on syndromes which is more objective,applicable and operable.MethodsUsing questionnaire investigates,412 inpatients and outpatients in Guangdong TCM Hospital were observed.Their diseases,symptoms and signs were collected.The proportion among different TCM syndrome types were compared, and the relationship between the factors of Leukorrhagia and syndrome types of TCM were studied by describing analysis,chi-square test,binary logistic regression.Results1,The study showed that the syndrome of the downward flow of damp-heat was the most common syndrome.The syndrome of deficiency of spleen and damp stasis came the second and the third was the syndrome of damp toxin.2,In common social investigates,diet habit and the history of diabetes had close relationship with distribution of syndromes,and the difference was significant(P＜0.05),which was analyzed by chi-square tess.And there was no evidence manifested that age,educational background,inhabitant place had relationship with distribution of syndromes(P＞0.05)3,With the factors of different ways of contraception and sexual state,usage of condom,parity,induced abortion frequency,vaginal rinse and previous uterine cavity operation had close relationship with distribution syndromes(P＜0.05).But the menstrual cycle and the occurrence of leukorrhagia, IUD had no relationship with distribution of syndroms(P＞0.05). 4,Seasonal incidence had close relationship with distribution syndromes(P＜0.05).5,The frequent microorganism in gential tract,such as infections of Monilia, Bacterium,Mycoplasma Urealytium and Chlamydia had close relationship with distribution syndromes(P＜0.05).6,All indexes were analyzed by the multivariable binary Logistic regression model.Preperable fatty,history of diabetes,in the autumn incidence,infection of Monilia were the risk factors related to the syndrome of deficiency of spleen and damp stasis(P＜0.05).Preperable fatty and usage of condom were the risk factors related to the syndrome of deficiency of kidney Yin(P＜0.05).Zhere weren't any risk factors related to the syndrome of deficiency of kidney Yang by Logistic regression.Preferable spicy and fatty,in the summer incidence,vaginal rinse and previous uterine cavity operation,infection of Mycoplasma Urealytium were the risk factors related to the syndrome of the downward flow of damp-heat(P＜0.05).Preferable fatty was the risk factor related to the syndrome of deficiency of Yin with wet (P＜0.05).Infection of Mycoplasma Urealytium,Chlamydia were the risk factors related to the syndrome of deficiency of damp toxin(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe study approached that the relationship between factors which clinic doctors have been interested in and the distribution of syndromes.The result showed that the syndrome of the downward flow of damp-heat was the most common syndrome.Diet habit,history of Diabetes,seasonal incidence,different ways of contraception,vaginal rinse and previous uterine cavity operation have close relationship with the distribution of syndromes.Infections of Infusorian,Monilia,Bacterium,Mycoplasma Urealytium,Chlamydia may have relationship with certain type of TCM syndrome.
