Relationship Between Pathology And The Syndrome Differentiation Of TCM In 142 Cases Of IgA Nephropathy

ObjectRetrospectively study the pathological files and the clinical records of 142 IgA nephropathy(IgAN)patients,discuss the relations between the syndrome differentiation of TCM and composition of immune deposit,intensity of immune deposit and the pathology classification of WHO,moreover discuss the relations between the composition of immune deposit and moist heat,stagnant blood of TCM.MethodAccording to the guiding principles of the new chinese medicine clinical study(passed by the ministry of health drug political situation,1995) and the National Standard of PRC-Clinical Diagnosis and Treat Term Part of Syndrome(published by CSBTS,Mar-4-1997),divide 142 IgAN patients into three groups,one is kidney yin deficiency,another is kidney yang deficiency,the third is the deficiency of both yin and yang.Respectively discuss the relations between the syndrome differentiation of TCM and composition of immune deposit,intension of immune deposit,moreover discuss the realtion between the patholoty classification of WHO and moist heat,stagnant blood of TCM.ResultsThere is significant difference in the deposition position when compare the group kidney yin deficiency and to the group kidney yang deficiency,and to the group deficiency of both yin and yang,but there is no statistics difference when compare to the kidney yang deficiency groups and to the group deficiency of both yin and yang.There is significant difference in immune deposit intensity when compare the group kidney yin deficiency and to the group deficiency of both yin and yang,but there is no statistics difference when compare the kidney yin deficiency to the last two groups.Significant difference in the composition of immune deposit when compare the group kidney yin deficiency to the the kidney yang,but there is no statistics difference when compare the group kidney yin deficiency and the group kidney yang to the deficiency group deficiency of both yin and yang.In the integration method of immune deposit,there is significant difference when compare the kidney yin deficiency and to kidney yang to the deficiency group deficiency of both yin and yang,but there is no statistics difference when compare the group kidney yang deficiency and to the group kidney yang deficiency and the group deficiency of both yin and yang,TCM symptom differentiation when compare with two groups of the three.There is significant relationship in pathology classification compare with group moist heat and group stagnant blood group.Conclusions1.There is correlation between the deposition position,intensity and the syndrome differentiation of TCM.intensity of immune deposit.It's often belongs to the kidney yin deficiency when the deposition position is small and the disease course is short,and to the kidney yang deficiency,even the deficiency of both yin and yang when the deposition position is large ane the disease course is long.2.There is definite correlation between the moist heat,stagnant blood of TCM and the pathology classification.There is no statistics difference between the moist heat and the stagnant blood of TCM the deposition species, intensity.
