The Study Of Chinese Medicine To Diagnose And Using Drugs Regularity Of Hemorrhage Period Of Puberty Anovulatory Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

[Objective]Using retrospective research method,we collect literatures of TCM treatment of puberty anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding in the past ten years,make statistical analysis to TCM differential diagnostics,therapeutic method and medication of hemorrhage period,and to find out the regularity of TCM differential diagnostics,therapeutic method and medication, so as to provide evidence for optimizing TCM treatment of hemorrhage period of puberty anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding.[Method]Consulting VIP Chinese periodical database,we collect literatures of clinical study of puberty anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding published in biomedical journals from July 1997 to July 2007,using retrospective research method,making stage and classification to the literatures which are collected,screening the cases of hemorrhage period, using Microsoft Excel to make data statistic analysis to the literatures and prescriptions which are collected,to calculat the percentage of each TCM syndrome type and therapeutic method of general cases,and to calculat out each chinese medicine usage frequency in different TCM syndrome types from the literatures which are using.[Result]This research has collected 80 literatures,which have 5011 cases, 101 prescriptions,126 Chinese Medicine and 44726 drugs frequency.The top five TCM differential diagnostics of hemorrhage period of puberty anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding which they mentioned are:Spleen-Kidney Deficiency Type(28.08%),Kidney Yin deficiency Type(26.06%),Yin deficiency of liver and kidney Type(14.31%),YinXuXueRe Type(13.01%),Blood stasis Type(11.39%).TCM treatment method of puberty anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding which they mentioned mainly are:Enforcing spleen and nourishing kidney,Guchong Zhixue(28.08%);Nourishing renal and supplementing Yin,Guchong Zhixue(26.06%);Nourishing yin and replenishing essence, adjusting and reinforcing liver and kidney(14.31%);Nourishing yin and clearing heat,cooling blood to stop bleeding(13.01%);Activating blood and removing stasis,Guchong Zhixue(11.39%).After using Microsoft Excel to make data statistic analysis,it is calculated out that the top 12 usage frequency of chinese medicine in the five main TCM syndromes types from the literatures: Spleen-Kidney Deficiency
