The diferences between peroperation and postoperation were significant. All the patients were pain-free and there was no sign of aseptic loosening and subsidence.28 cases of the patients their limb differences between two-leg within 2 cm,three cases of the patients limb differences greater than 2 cm.Conclusion:The total hip arthroplasty is a nefective method for the treatment of DDH.The operation was complicated,we must fully prepared before operation. In operation,a new acetabular bed should be reconstructed currectly. After operation, active rehahilitation should be carried out. Most of the patients can obtain satisfactory recent clinical result.
