With the scientific and technological progressing, oxazine and oxazine derivatives' application are more and more. For example, SMP, hydrochloric oxazine , cooodiazine , cistosulfa , they are used in the field of Chinese medicine . They can be used in treatment many disease. Phenazine and Phenazine derivatives used in the field of Dye Industry. It has Good performance. Other oxazine and oxazine derivatives, for example, piperazidine . 1,4-oxazine derivatives and 1,4-oxazine derivatives with heterocyclic moiety play an important part in many field . Not only themselves, but also as the existence of pharmaceutical intermediates. Because they are significant biological activity of natural products.The compound method of 1,4-oxazine derivatives is manifold . Then discussing the compound method of the pyridazino-1,4-oxazine-3-one ring system. The novel and facile procedures for preparing pyridazino- 1,4-oxazine derivatives were developed in one-pot. The condensation of N-substituted hydroacetamides reacting with 4,5-dichloro-2-(tetrahydro-2H-pyran-2-yl)-3(2H)-pyridazinone. It has a rearrangement of spiro-aminoketal. Cyclized reaction processes and proposed mechanisms were studied. This experiment will analyse 1,4-oxazine derivatives' character. It will use Infrared spectra and Nuclear magnetic resonance (1H and 13C NMR) spectra and so on.
