Today the fast growing technology and society change the life of people great. More and more people change their rhythm of sleep and habit of work. Lots of people get insomnia. So the research on sleep and disease related become very hot. The technology of Magnetic Stimulation get extensive recognition. Because the process of magnetic stimulation is safe, painless , non-invasive, and can be repeated easily. Lots of study and experiment show that magnetic field acts on human brain could change the active of brain. If some special frequency magnetic field work on brain could have the effective of sleep- inducement and calmness.The purport of sleep study is not only help those have difficulty in sleep, but also include the aim of modulating sleep structure. It's aim for improve human sleep efficiency. It is believed that in the future, people could control the depth and time of sleep, people could improve sleep efficiency using outside physics magnetic field. This article is mainly discuss the influence of magnetic field act on human sleep based on the clinical experiment and focus on what kind of signal would has better effective in sleep-inducement. Through the clinical experiment, some shortage of signal was founded. And new signal technology of wavelet transform is induced to derive the characteristic sleep signal. This signal is used for the new generation of sleep-induce instrument. The main job of this article is under below:(1)Sleep quality index is build up based on the impersonality signal like electroencephalograph, electromyography and subjective signal like Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index. Sleep quality is record by sleep time, time of drop asleep, sleep cycle construction, sleep efficiency,PSQI and so on.(2) In clinical sleep experiment, experimenter is divided into two groups. One group receive magnetic stimulation and the other does not. The two group's result is compared to remove the psychology influence. The result show that magnetic stimulation does take effect. But also show that there is some shortage that instrument have such as no sleep frequency and short frequency band.(3)Sleep-EEG character extraction by using wavelet analysis. Many steps were taken to get the character sleep signal such as high frequency noise canceling based on wavelet filter; white noise canceling using wavelet, threshold value method to remove electromyogram. The new signal is good enough to support the next generation sleep-induce machine.
