Objective To investigate the correlations between 1H-MRS character of metabolites saturation in with the Expression of MMP-9 and PCNA in Neurogliocytoma.Materials and Methods metabolites saturation of 1H-MRS analysis was performed in 30 Preoperative patients (Ⅰ~Ⅱgrade 11 patients,Ⅲ~Ⅳgrade 19 patients, 20 male patient,10 male patient, according to WHO standard:divide into low grades and high grades)with pathologically–proved Neurogliocytoma. All the Preoperative patients was performed 1H-MRS analysis before enhancement. Siemens Sonata 1.5T supraconduction magnetic resonance imaging was used, single voxel scanning and multi voxel scanning was performed, point resolution Surface Coil was used to detect The metabolites saturation in different. To analyze the metabolites saturation of NAA,CHO,CR,IM by detecting the area under peak value and variation ratio. The expressions of MMP-9 and PCNA in tumor specimens were estimated with immunohistochemical technique. The relations between the metabolites saturation of 1H-MRS character(NAA,CHO,CR,IM) and the expressions of the proteins were analyzed and evaluated.Results PCNA was showed Buffy colour in neurogliocytoma cell nucleus. It also showed in the marginal vessel basal membrane and endothelial cell nucleus that was invaded by neurogliocytoma, Cytolymph and ecphyma was no colouration to see the picture 10~12. MMP-9 was showed in neurogliocytoma cell especially in spongioblastoma marginal and in tumorous blood vessel basal lamina endothelial cell ,the endochylema show brown colour,see the 13~15. the variance of the metabolites saturation in tumor were detected by 1H-MRS correlated with MMP-9 and PCNA,to see chart 4。Conclusion Some metabolites saturation of 1H-MRS features, can, in certain degree, reflect the expressions of MMP-9 and PCNA in Neurogliocytoma, which is very helpful for its diagnosis and the selection of proper management.
