The Research Of P27 And PCNA Express In Invasion And Recurrence Of Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Objective : to study the regularity of P27 and PCNA expression in the hepatocellular cancer ( HCC ) and paracarcinoma tissues. The HCC is one of the highest incidence malignant tumor in our country which is easy to metastasis in the early stage and has a high rate of recurrence after operation. In the present, the advance of preventing recurrence and metastasis and metastasis still play a pivotal role in the clinic. P27 which was found in the recent year has important regulatory action to the cell growth. The wrong expression of P27 has a important relationship with the occurrence and development of tumor. P27 is a inhibitory gene of carcinoma which inhabit the growth of cell and make the cell circle stasis in the phase of Gl. PCNA also has important action to the occurrence and development of tumor. The express of PCNA in the tumor sell is largely decrease that show PCNA has important relationship with the occurrence of tumor .In a word, the study of the relationship of P27 and PCNA with the occurrence development and recurrence has important clinic significance. In the present study, we detected the expression of P27 and PCNA in theHCC tissues and paracarcinoma tissues to clarify the role of P27 and PCNA in the invasion and metastasis of HCC, and to explore new approaches to prevent recurrence of HCC.Methods:P27 and PCNA were detected in 42 HCC specimens and paracarcinoma specimens and paracarcinoma specimens by immunohistochemical technique.Results: 1 the expression of P27 in carcinoma tissues and paracarcinoma: There were 11 case high expression of P27, 31 cases low expression and no-expression of P27 in carcinoma tissues. However there were 26 cases high expression of P27, 16 cases low expression and no-expression of P27 in the paracarcinoma tissues. The expression level of P27 in paracarcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in the carcinoma tissues(P<0.05).These results showed that the expression of P27 decreased in HCC. It is possible that the carcinoma occurrence due to the lose of P27 protein. 2 the expression of PCNA in carcinoma tissues and paracarcinoma: There were 32 cases high expression and moderate expression of PCNA ,10 cases low expression of PCNA in carcinoma tissues. However there were 15 cases high expression and moderate expression of PCNA , 27 cases low expression of PCNA in the paracarcinoma tissues. The expression level of PCNA in carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in the paracarcinoma tissues(P<0.05). These results showed that the expression ofPCNA enhanced in HCC. Therefore PCNA may be as markers of carcinoma in HCC.3 The relationship between P27 and the clinic pathologic character: the expression of P27 was not related to age sex clinical stage of the carcinoma(P>0.05),but high significantly statistic difference between whether have pylic embolus intact capsule or not and the size of the carcinoma(P<0.05). there were 32 cases big tumor and 10 cases small tumor. Among 32 cases big tumor , there were lOcases non-expression, 16cases low expression, and 6 cases high expression of P27 in carcinoma tissues ?Among 10 cases small tumor there were 1 case non-expression,4cases low expression, and 5 cases high expression of P27 in carcinoma tissues. There were statistic difference between the big tumor and small tumor(P<0.05). there were 18 cases with intact capsule and 24 cases with poor-capsule or not. Among 18 cases with intact capsule , there were lease non-expression, 1 Ocases low expression, and 7 cases high expression of P27 in carcinoma tissues. Among 24 cases with poor-capsule or not , there were 10 cases non-expression,10cases low expression, and 4 cases high expression of P27 in carcinoma tissues. There were statistic difference between the case with intact capsule and the cases with poor-capsule or not (P<0.05). there were 15 cases with pylic embolus and 27 cases without pylic embolus.
