The Animal Experimental Research Of The Esophagogastrostomy Of The Plasty Of The Esophagogastric Lingua Mucosal Flap

ObjectiveTo explore the anti-reflux operation style about the esophagogastrostomy.MethodsWe chose the dogs as the experimental objects.At first ,we resected the seromuscular layer by 2×4 cm on the top wall of the gastric fundus to shape up the esophagogastric lingua mucosal flap ,Then the mucous membrane of gaster was lengthened by 2.0X2.0 cm and anastomosed the mucous membrane of gaster with the esophagus .The dogs were killed 15~90 days after operation and contrasted with those on which were operated of the full-thickness esophagogastrostomy of handiworkResultsThe blood supply of the underlying lingua mucous membrane was good. the esophagogastric lingua mucosal flap grow well .The result of the mucous membrane of esophagus pathobiology were significantly different in two groups (P<0.05).The diameter of the anastomotic stoma of he lingua mucosal flap was obviously different in two groups (P<0.05).The experimental group could bear more gastric pressure.Conclusion①The esophagogastrostomy of the plasty of the esophagogastric lingua mucosal flap is a effective antireflux operation②Because the valve of the lingua mucosal flap shaped up the anastomotic stom well , its close function is strong when the pressure change of gaster with the lingua mucosal flap act on it. So it has better antireflux result.③To anastomose in inclined plane can prevent from the lingua mucosal flap slide into Esophageal lumen ,so it can enhance the lingua mucosal flap to antireflux.
