Objective: To explore the application of a new type of anti-reflux anastomosis in patients with esophagogastric junction cancer to prevent postoperative reflux symptoms, and to evaluate the effect of this anti-reflux anastomosis in preventing reflux. Methods: This clinical study was collected from January 2018 to April 2019 because of esophagogastric junction cancer in the Department of Gastroenterology of the second Hospital of Hebei Medical University.Surgical treatment was performed.During the operation, the esophagogastric junction cancer was removed and proximal gastrectomy was performed. This new surgical anastomosis method was used to anastomose the distal remnant stomach and esophagus, and the reflux disease questionnaire score was used to compare the difference of reflux between preoperative and postoperative patients. In order to evaluate the anti-reflux effect of this new surgical anastomosis.A total of 15 patients were included in this study, all of whom adopted this new surgical anastomosis method. Results: The follow-up period was 2 months, and all patients recovered well(2 patients had poor eating within 1 month after operation, and the symptoms disappeared after the anastomosis was dilated once under gastroscope). The scores of reflux disease questionnaire before and after operation were in accordance with normal distribution(pre-operation: 15.6 ±11.87314,post-operation: 9.8667 ±3.77712,P=0.066,P=0.980).Using paired sample t-test(t=1.877),P >0.05(P=0.081),the results showed that there was no significant difference, and it could not be considered that there was any difference before and after operation. Conclusions:This new self-named semi-embedded valve anastomosis can achieve better postoperative results,so we think that this anti-reflux anastomosis plays a certain role in preventing postoperative reflux. |
