Effects Of Yixinshu On Left Ventricular Hypertrophy And Bax Protein Expression In Renovascular Hypertensive Rats

Objective:To investigate the mechanism of the method of Yixinshu,on preventing, curing and reversing LVH viewed from Molecular Biology by observing the effect of prescription Yixinshu on Bax protein expression in 2K1C-RHR.Method:80 adult Wistar rats were used in this study.We choosed 10 rats for a sham operation group.The others were done constriction of the left renal artery.Six weeks later rats which were to reach the standard divided on random into model group,Western medicine control group,Chinese medicine control group,high medium and low dose compound.Chinese medicine groups.SBP was detected one time each week during experimental period.Then drawing materials at the end of the six week after administration. Then LVMI and parameter values of cell morphology of left artrium cadiocyte were surveyed;By using the electron and light microscope,we observed pathomorph of myocardium tissues of left ventricle and ultrastructural variation.Result:1,Compared with model rats,SBP of each treatment groups all decreased in different extent,the differences was statically significant(P＜0.01);among them SBP of Western medicine control group decreased most quickly,but compared with medium dose compound Chinese medicine group,there was no statistical significance(P＞0.05).2,Compared with model rats,LVMI of medium dose compound Chinese medicine group and Western medicine control group decreasd significantly,the differences had statically significance(P＜0.01);The LVMI of Chinese medicine control group and high,low dose compound Chinese medicine groups had the tendency to decrease,but the the differences had no statically significance compared with model rats(P＞0.05).3,Compared with model rats,each parameter value of medium dose compound Chinese medicine groups,Western medicine control group and Chinese medicine control group all decreased,the differences were statically significant(P＜0.01),among of them,parameter values of Western medicine control group and edium dose compound Chinese medicine group decreased significantly. 4,The pathological study showed Yiheng and medium dose compound Chinese medicine improvedmyocardial reconstruction and alleviated myocardial injury.5,Compared with model rats,Bax protein positive expression rate of each treatment group decreased significantly,the differences had statistical significance(P＜0.01),but did not reach the level of sham operation group(P＜0.01);Average optical density(OD)of each treatment group decreased significantly except low dose compound Chinese medicine group,the differences had statistical significance(P＜0.01),but did not reach the level of sham operation group(P＜0.01);But the differences of treatment teams' had no statistical significance(P＞0.05).Conelusion:The prescription of Yixinshu could reversing LVH,decreasing SBP, and decreasing Bax protein expression on myocardium cell of left ventricle on hypertensive rats.This may be one of the mechanisms of the method of Yiqihuoxue,Huatanpinggan on preventing,curing and reversing LVH.
