The Scheme Optimization Of Acupuncture Therapy In The Rehabilitation Following Traumatic Brain Injury In Rats And The Correlation Research

Objective:An objective assessment to acupuncture of brain damage in rats role in promoting functional recovery,then observed the effect of different acupuncture programmes in brain injury and investigated the possible action mechanism of acupuncture therapy.Methods:①Using Ziyoulatiinjury device,copy the model of the moderate brain injury of the rat;②The orthogonal test of four factors(the opportunity to stimulate,the treatment methods of stimulation,the site of stimulation,the lasting time of stimulation)at two different levels were used in acupuncture treatment groups;③Through the dynamic behavior of observation,elect the optimum method of acupuncture therapy;④Using optical microscope to observe Brain Edema and the morphology of neurons.⑤Stained with immunohistochemical technique for observing the optical density of synaptophys in expression in lesioned side of hippocampus.Results:①Acupuncture on brain injury in rats behavior of the impact of dynamic change is better than the model group(P＜0.01);②The best group is the acute stage,twice each day,head plus bilateral limbs and ea group(P＜0.05),the timing and acupuncture treatment methods two are the most affected factors,and acupuncture treatment methods was better than the timing(P＜0.01);③Acupuncture treatment group compared with the injury, cerebral edema be reduced,but no significant impact(P＞0.05);④Pathological survey showed:nerve cell died,fluidify in injured area,being. soften focus with bleeding or inflammate cell soakage.Some even showed tissue missing,cerebral cortex liguid tumor,nerve cell died,appeared nuclear miniature phenomenon.⑤Immunohistochemical results:At 21 day, pyramidal cells in the area of CA1 were much more and more lined,the apical dendrites were thin,but they were more than TBI groups,the optical density of synaptophys was darker in color and more uniform(P＜0.05).Conclution:①Acupuncture can contribute to brain damage nerve function in the rehabilitation;②The optimum scheme of acupuncture therapy about rats with traumatic brain injury was the acute stage,twice each day,head plus bilateral limbs and ea group;③The treatment efficacy of acupuncture maybe realize by stimulating synaptic turnover after traumatic brain injury in rats.
