| objectiveCataract is a common disease and the key factor lead blendness among old people. Recently study shows: free radical damage is the final way of factors which cause all kinds of cataract.Crystal epithelium Apoptosis excessively and crystalline injury is an important factor center on the mechanism of cataract development .Diabetes is a clinical syndrom characterized by chronic blood glucose heighten, which caused by both heredity and environment.At present ,the diagnose of diabetic still depend on blood glucose.impaired glucose regulation(IGR) is a transition state between normal and diabetes,and is a high risk of diabetic and cardiovascular diseases. Data shows that the morbidity of cataract is higher in diabetic than in normal people.In diabeticage-related cataract develop quickly and easier to ripening.So have a study on relationship between glycometabolism and age-related cataract is necessary.MethodCollect blood and aqueous humor of the age-related cataract patients and blood from non- cataract people. Detect the content of SOD,MDA,NO in blood and aqueous humor of the age-related cataract patients,and in blood of non- cataract people.Divide all people into two groups, one is age-related cataract patients ,another is non-cataract people.Each group subdivide into three levels:normal,impaired glucose regulation,diabetic, which depend on the blood glucose.Compare the changes of content of SOD,MDA,NO in blood between cataract patients and non- cataract people,and in blood and aqueous humor of the age-related cataract patients under the different blood glucose levels.Results1,Antioxydation potentia has been breakdown in impaired glucose regulation complicating age-related cataract patients.It shows that oxidative damage has exist in body at the stage of impaired glucose regulation.2,NO and Antioxydation potentia in microenvironment has a close relationship to the development of age-related cataract patients. |
