Immobilization osteoporsis(IOP)caused by partly fixation after fracture of lower limb is a common complication in clinical therapeutics, and long-term bed, breakdown, agravity are three of the most important reasons.According to epidemiologic survey,as the increasing of duration of life and informing of old-age society, vehicle, work and living environment have been improved, activity amount of population decreased, which made the incidence rate of osteoporosis increased unceasing.Besides of the effect of physiological aging and decreasing of estrogenic hormone after post- menopause on the bone mineral content(BMC),one of the most important causative agent is motor dysfunction or decreasing of exercise amount, which could cause BMC decreased. This investigation manage the early rehabilitation training on 80 patients who has the dysfunction of articular genu caused by fracture of lower limb, to observe the effect of rehabilitation exercise training and physical treatment on BMC of 80 patients. We expect we could provide theory reference of using early rehabilitation training for precaution and therapy of immobilization osteoporsis,as the same time we discussed the most suitable therapy program. In this investigation we chose 80 patients who had the dysfunction of articular genu caused by fracture of lower limb in TianJin orthopedics hospital rehabilitation department. The max-age of them was 39,the min-age was 30,35.4±2.57 in average. All of the patients' paratope were well, internal and external fixations were stable. The Knee ROM is poor. All the patients were clinical accreted through orthopedics examination. There' s no primary osteoporosis and other metabolic diseases,no diseases of neuromuscular system in 80 patients. The experiment began at 4thweek after goperation. We random divided the patients into early rehabilitation group and late control group,40 patients of each, and there 20 male and 20 female in each group. The early rehabilitation group started rehabilitation training at 4thweek after operation, the training included active exercise, passive exercise, physical therapeutics, and persist in 20 weeks. The late control group didn't do rehabilitation training in all 24 weeks. In the beginning and end of experiment,we test the BMD of two groups by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry(DEXA)in collum femoris,lumbar2-4 and ward' s area to compare BMD in two groups. In this clinical experiment we formulate rehabilitation plan according to the self condition of each patient, and adjusted the plan regularly. The analysis used SPSS13.0,and the results express at the form of the mean value and standard difference. Before experimental date statistic,we compared with the age and incipient BMD of two groups, and found the difference were not significant. At the same time food and drink of patients were provided by hospital,to decrease the effect of other agents. The results of experiment showed that, the BMD of early rehabilitation group had tendency of decreasing but difference were not significant.BMD of late control group decreased, the difference were significant. And decrease amount of early rehabilitation group was lower than late control group, difference were significant.Further more we found the effect of early rehabilitation on BMD was no sex differences. We could make conclusion that:Early rehabilitation training could effectively cut down the BMD decrease of patients of partly fixation after fracture of lower limb. And this effect was no sex differences. At present the research finding show that early rehabilitation training could great promote functional recovery, preclude and decrease the complication. And for patients who has the dysfunction of articular genu caused by fracture of lower limb, early rehabilitation could improve the range of motion(ROM)of articular genu. This article shows early rehabilitation training could effectively cut down the decrease amount of BMD,which is important for the recovery of weight loading of lower limb, standing and walking function.
