Objective: To explore the effects of rehabilitative nursing intervention on renal transplant recipients'physiological, psychological and social function.Methods:1. Objects: Renal transplant recipients who were postoperative for one month and rehabilitation discharge, vital signs stable, mind being clear, not having case history of psychosis, being willing cooperate, being able to read or answer questions correctly.2. Methods: Fist of all, according to theories and pertinent literature of rehabilitation medicine , the researcher instituted the rehabilitation exercise scheme for renal transplant recipients. Secondly, a convenient sample of 64 renal transplant recipients in rehabilitation period were divided into experimental group (n=32) and control group (n=32). Experimental group received routine care and rehabilitation exercise. Recipients'general state of health, subjective and objective index were collected before and after intervention. Using the package of SPSS FOR WINDOWS 15.0 for statistical treatment, recipients'data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, X2 test, t test, repeat measurement ANOVA, etc. Results:1. The differences of gender, age, culture degree, occupation, marriage state between experimental group and control group were not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.Before intervention the differences of the overall score and each dimension score of SAS,SDS and QOL-RT between experimental group and control group were not statistically significant(P>0.05). Meanwhile, the differences of BMI, heart rate, blood pressure, blood glucose, TG, serum creatinine were not statistically significant(P>0.05).1. There were statistical significances between before and after intervention in the overall score and each dimension score of SAS,SDS and QOL-RT,pulmonary infection incidence of experimental group. But there were no significant differences in BMI, heart rate, blood pressure, blood glucose, TG, serum creatinine.4. There were statistical significances between before and after intervention in the overall score and each dimension score of SAS,SDS,QOL-RT and BMI, blood pressure, blood glucose, TG of control group. But there were no significant differences in heart rate, serum creatinine, pulmonary infection incidence.5. After intervention, the overall score and incidence rate of SAS and SDS of the two groups decreased, but the overall score and incidence rate of SAS and SDS of experimental group were lower than that of control group, and there were statistical significances(P<0.05). The total score of QOL-RT of rehabilitation group was higher than that of control group, and the three dimensions of physiological function, psychological function and disease treatment were better than that of control group, and there were statistical significances between the two groups (P <0.05).However, the differences of the scores of social function and overall quality of life were not statistically significant(P>0.05). 6. After intervention, the differences of BMI, blood pressure, blood glucose, TG were statistical significances, but there were no significant differences in heart rate, serum creatinine.Conclusion:1. Rehabilitation exercise nursing intervention conduces to decrease renal transplant recipients'BMI, blood pressure, blood glucose, TG, relief anxiety and depression, be conduct to raise recipients'quality of life, promote whole rehabilitation.2. The rehabilitation exercise scheme for renal transplant recipients is safe and effective.
