X-ray And Computer Tomography Imaging Diagnosis Of Upper Urinary Tract Transitional Cell Carcinoma

Objective:to evaluate the effective of injection venous urography (IVU),regrade urography (RU) ,computered tomography (CT) scan and contrast in diagnosis of Upper urinary tract transitional cell carcinoma (UUT-TCC). And discuss the ability of preoperative staging and imaging features of CT scan on the UUT-TCC.Method :28 patients with surgically and pathologically proved UUT-TCC initially underwent CT scan,IVU before and after contrast enhancenment, in which 20 underwent RU .And compare the preoperative CT scan images T stage and postoperative pathologic T stage .Result:1. The imaging findings of all patients who underwent different imaging techniques were analyzed retrospectively. Overall different methods were differ, X2=32.866,P<0.05. The comparison the different two groups ,IVU group have different with RU groups, X2=9.683, P<0.0083;IVU group have different with CT groups, X2=14.275, P<0.0083;IVU group have different with CT contrast enhancement groups X2=20.488, P<0.0083;RU group and CT scan group have no different, Fisher's Exact test,P>0.0083; RU group and CT contrast enhancenment group have no different, Fisher's Exact test, P>0.0083, CT scan group and contrast enhancenment group have no different, Fisher's Exact test, P>0.0083,and better than IVU. 2. The patients CT preoperative staging the accuracy was 89.9%, of which T1,T2 preoperative staging accuracy was 87.5%, T3,T4 preoperative staging accuracy was 92%.Conclusion:1. RU group, CT scan group and contrast group have no different,but IVU has higher spatial resolution ,it is still the first imaging-examining choice to diagnose UUT-TCC. RU,CT scan and contrast enhancenment were complementary in diagnosis of transitional Cell Carcinoma.2. CT scan and contrast can be used preoperative on the tumor.
