| Objectives: To compare the anesthesia effect of micropump continuous infusion in epidural block and the influence on hemodynamic with those of intermittent epidural injection anesthesia, and to study the possibility and safety of domestic chloroprocaine using for continuous infusion in epidural blockMethods: A total of 60 patients (20~ 68 years old, undergoing arthroscope and great saphenous vein operations)were punctured from lumbar 2~3 spinal interspace , They were randomly divided into three groups: Group A(interval injection, n =20) and Group B (micropump continuous infusion, n =20). Group C(micropump continuous infusion, n =20) . Group A were initially receieved 15ml of 3% chloroprocaine at rate f 1ml/2s and then followed by 7.5epidurally at 45min intervals; in group B and C an initiatial dose of 3% chloroprocaine was infused into the epidural space via epidural catheter at a rate of 1ml/min and then Group B was followed by a rate of 20ml/h ,Group C was followed by a rate of 15ml/h till the end of operation. At the time of 5min,10 min,20 min,30 min,45 min,90 min,120 min,180 min using the pinhead to get the highest nerve block level and also take the blood pressure, heart rate at every 10 min.Results: Throughout the whole operation, and three injection methods can satisfy requirements of surgery, anesthesia and muscle relaxant effect precise, in 5 min, 10 min, 20 min, three hours of group A was significantly higher than that of narcotic plane block B, C group (P <0.05) in the other Group A time with the Group B block level there is no difference (P> 0.05) but the difference with the C group (P <0.05) in group B and group C in 5 min, 10 min, 20 min, 30 min, 45 min, when there is no difference, but in the remainder of the difference in the loop, blood pressure fluctuations in group A and B, group C have significant differences.Conclusion: continuous infusion of epidural anesthesia drugs to speed up the slow plane into the group, but the ultimate effect of anesthesia with the plane and into the group there is no difference, and the impact on the circulatory system of small, but to maintain the same level of anesthesia used The volume is greater than local anesthetics into the group. |
