Rupture Of The Ovarian Endometrioma Complicated With Infection: A Case Report

Objective: To improve the diagnose and therapy of ruptured ovarian endometrioma. For the referrence in the clinical diagnose of the ruptured ovarian endometioma.in order to avoid the occurrence of the misdiagnosis.Methods: A patient with rupture of ovarian endometrioma complicated with infection was reported,who was in hospital primarily for abdominal pain and fervescence.A discussion on the etiology, clinical manifestation,auxiliary examination,misdiagnosis and therapy of rupture of ovarian endometrioma was made.Results:The ruptured ovarian endometrioma shoud take surgical operation, the companion infection needs an antibiotic treatment.Conclusion:The incidence of the ruptured ovarian endometrioma is increasing.Diagonosis for the disease are onset time, symptoms,signs,cervical posterior fornix puncture,B-ultrasonic inspection and the level of CA₁₂₅.Pay attention on the identifications with luteal exception,ectopic pregnancy,reverse of the ovarian tumor's pedicle,acute appendicitis and acute pelvic inflammatory. Once confirmed,shoud take surgical treatment and anti-inflammatory treatment. Medication after operative for 3-6 months to avoid recurrence.
