The Research Of Influenza Drugs Administrant Scheme

Influenza is an epidemic which caused the most death and sickness in people. The pandemic influenza will break out when the new subtype or old subtype of influenza viruses reemerge. The pandemic influenza will lead to high infection and death on a large scale and spread fast. With the deeper insight into the essence of influenza virus, it is reported that the viruses, which have caused widespread flu in human history, can be obtained from poultry. The closely relationship between poultry and human viruses has been verified. Cumulative Number of Confirmed Human Cases of Avian Influenza further triggers the possibilities of new round outbreak of pandemic influenza worldwide.The anti-influenza drugs are the most effective method against the pandemic influenza. However, the categories and amount of effective anti-influenza drugs are quite limited, once pandemic influenza breaks out, a series of problems will emerge such as the storage, transportation, distribution, use and monitoring of adverse effect of anti-influenza drugs, although these drugs are available. Obviously, specified management scheme should be implemented in terns of anti-influenza drugs, which will make preparations for the outbreak of hazardous influenza. In this thesis, we set food on the improvement of management scheme with regard to anti-influenza drugs, analyze and compare the management schemes made by China, developed countries and some international organizations, put forward proposals on how to improve management scheme in China.Literature research based on databases and internet is the basic method used in this paper. By perusing plenty of domestic and foreign databases, the basic situation and related management methods of influenza drugs in the world are investigated. Management measures and regulations for influenza drugs in developed countries are searched through authoritative websites, and up-to-date information of influenza drugs is acquired through press media. Also, the management methods for influenza drugs in China and developed countries are integrated, based on which suggestions and planning in terms of management of influenza drugs in China are put forward.Based on above-mentioned methods and measures, this paper investigated those issues with regard to etiology, objectively elucidated the significance and necessity to reinforce the management of influenza drugs in the case of high potential for cross-species infection of avian influenza from poultry to human. Available management methods for influenza drugs are generalized, and by comparing and analyzing management systems in the process of discovery, design, use and storage of influenza drugs in China, developed countries as well as international organizations, pertinent suggestions and methods for fostering the management of influenza drugs in China have been brought forward.
