The Research About Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Of Supraventricular Tachycardia In Radiofrequency Catheter Ablation Perioperation

Objective: @Study of perioperative radiofrequency ablation of Supraventricular tachycardia distribution of syndrome-types of TCM.To analysis the relationship between syndrome-types of TCM and general situation as gender, age and so on.And to analysis the relationship between syndrome-types of TCM and pathogenesis,combined organic disease of supraventricular tachycardia. To discussion the relationship between the Syndrome-types of TCM and the types of supraventricular tachycardia,so as to help improving accuracy and standardize of supraventricular tachycardia clinical differentiation,and the effect of clinical treatment. @Methods: @Recalling the use of clinical research methods,in accordance with the relevant standard-setting clinical observation form,the adoption of 70 cases from Guangdong Hospital of TCM in December 2002 to February 2008,who had been in hospital confirmed supraventricular tachycardia and operatied radiofrequency ablation treatment.Recording their gender,age,whether combined organic disease,ECG and Holter results,types of supraventricular tachycardia and the main clinical symptoms.Determine to the syndrome-type of TCM according to clinical symptoms,and use statistical software for analysis,to get the outcome. @Results: @In the 70 cases of patients,differentiation of syndrome in hospital for Xinmaitong Stagnation of 28 cases,before discharge for Xinmaitong Stagnation of 20 cases,of which 2 cases discharged Syndrome for Blood of Heart Inadequate,6 cases of discharge Syndrome for Qi of Heart Deficiency;in hospital differentiation of syndrome for Water Bullying Heart of 28 cases, before discharge for Water Bullying Heart of 19 cases,5 of them discharged Syndrome for Yang of Heart Sluggish,1 cases of discharge Syndrome for Blood of Heart Inadequate,3 cases of discharge Syndrome Qi of Heart Deficiency;in hospital differentiation of syndrome for Blood of Heart Inadequate of 9 cases, which discharged from hospital up to 12 cases,of which 2 cases from Xinmaitong Stagnation transformation,1 cases of Water Bullying Heart;1 case of Yang of Heart Sluggish in hospital,discharge are 6 cases;of which 5 for Water Bullying Heart changed;in hospital for Phlegm Fire Nuisance Heart of one case,when discharged into Qi of Heart Deficiency.in hospital differentiation of syndrome for Qi of Heart Deficiency of 1 cases,which discharged from hospital up to 11 cases,of which 6 cases from Xinmaitong Stagnation transformation,3 cases of Water Bullying Heart,1 cases of Phlegm Fire Nuisance Heart.Syndrome-type of TCM and the group's sex,age,combined organic disease comparison was not significant.In the type of Xinmaitong Stagnation,10 cases of AVNRT,4 cases of right-bypass AVRT,11 cases of left-bypass AVRT,3 cases of atrial flutter or atrial tachycardia.In the type of Water Bullying Heart,10cases of AVNRT, 5 cases of right-bypass AVRT,9 cases of left-bypass AVRT,1 case of atrial flutter or atrial tachycardia.In the type of Blood of Heart Inadequate 3 cases of AVNRT,1 case of right-bypass AVRT,5 cases of left-bypass AVRT.In the type of Yin Deficiency Fire Excess,2 cases are both left-bypass AVRT.In the type of yang of heart sluggish,the 1 case is left-bypass AVRT.In the type of phlegm fire nuisance heart,the 1 case is left-bypass AVRT.In the type of Qi of Heart Deficiency,the 1 case is right-bypass AVRT. @Conclusion: @Syndrome-types of TCM of Supraventricular tachycardia are most as excess syndrome,which Xinmaitong Stagnation for 28 cases,Water Bullying Heart for 28 cases,one case of Phlegm Fire Nuisance Heart,a total of 57 cases.Deficiency Syndrome Including Blood of Heart Inadequate of nine cases,Yin Deficiency Fire Excess of two cases,one case of phlegm fire nuisance heart,Qi of Heart Deficiency-one cases,a total of 13 cases.Positive card after treatment in 18 cases of change for the deficiency,a hospital TCM difference in the distribution of the test card in the P＜0.05,its distribution had a significant difference,this also results suggest that patients with evidence of the virtual merger;Empirical disease palpitation phlegm and blood stasis to drink as the major disease pathogenesis,deficiency of qi and blood to the main weakness:Syndrome-type of TCM and the type of sex,age,the basis of heart disease of the patients are unrelated.Each syndrome-type of TCM of each type of cardiac electrophysiology has similar results,the difference was not statistically significant,suggesting that TCMand cardiac electrophysiology of unrelated results.
