Purpose:Researching lung cancer's correlation with Chinese syndrome and transfusion spots' numbers and location.Object and method:1.Qualified tried-person:Through clinical ways confirm for the sufferer of non-small cell lung cancer,according to bring-into and expel standard, get into the case of this research to count about 102,and qualified case is also 102.2.Method:All bring-into the case,establish unify observation forms, are unified by the researcher to fill in.The items contain sick person's name,sex,age,hospital time,pathology,TNM stage,transfusion,symptom, physical symptom,tongue symptom,vein symptom,Chinese medicine type. According to the standard reassign the type,and according to the original data,establish database.Use the relativity analysis to research it.Result:The Chinese medicine syndrome in 102 cases,concentrated qi xu(45), xue yu(75),tan shi(52)and tan re(37).The rest syndrome is too less to ignore.Analyzing the lung cancer's transfusion numbers and P is 0.392, 0.278,0.160,0.385 respectively,having no statistic meaning.So the numbers of lung cancer's transfusion spots and syndrome have no relation. And analyzing the relation between transfusion spots and sex,age,patho -logy,TNM stage,it's only related to stage.In the 102 lung cancer cases,having brain transfer of 14,bone transfer of 53,liver transfer of 8,adrenal glands transfer of 8,lung transfer of 28,other parts transfer of 9,qi xu of 45,xue yu of 75,tan shi of 52,tan re of 37,the rest is too less to ignore.The result manifestate that bone transfers is related to xue yu(P=0.024),and it has stastic meaning;others transfers is related to qi xu(P=0.004),and it has statistic meaning;the other transfers is not related to syndrome.Continuing 102 cases to simplify,re-divided into qi xu,xue yu,and tan type.The Result manifestate that bone transfer is related to xu yu and tan(P is 0.005 and 0.006),and it has statistic meaning;others transfers is related to qi xu(P=0.016),and it has statistic meaning .Having another meanings are xu and tan,tan and yu are always seen at the same time.Internal organs within 102 cases,among them,lung syndrome of 79, spleen syndrome of 6,kidney syndrome of 10,and the rest case number is too less to neglect.The result shows that the kidney syndrome is related to brain transfer(P=0.011),having the statistic meaning as a result. The lung syndrome is related to transfer numbers(P=0.021),having the statistic meaning as a result.Other internal organs is not related to transfer numbers.Conclusion:1.Transfusion numbers of lung cancer and Chinese syndrome have no relativity.2.Numbers of transfusion spot are not related to age,sex,pathology, and only related to stage.3.The bone transfusion is related to yu and tan type.4.Other transfusions are related to qixu.5.Kidney syndrome is related to brain transfusion.6.The lung transfusion is related to transfusion's number.7.Age is not related to xu and shi type.
