The Clinical Observation Of The Effection Of The Hemoperfusion Combines Jianpiyishen Prescription On The Patients With SHPT That Live Without Sustaining Hemodialysis

ObjectiveThis research was a clinical research.Clinical assessment was used to study the effection of the hemoperfusion combines Jianpiyishen prescription on the patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism(SHPT)that live without sustaining hemodialysis.To offer a new approach that is used to degrade the medical cost and to ameliorate the clinical symptom,through evaluating the therapeutic effect of the study.To offer the evidence helps the follow-up studys in this domain.MethodsRandom contrast experiment was adopted to observe 22 CRF patients diagnosed as SHPT that live without sustaining hemodialysis.22 patients were individed into two groups:the control group(Group C)and the therapy group (Group T),there are 11 patinents in both group.All 22 patients are treated with hemoperfusion in the last hemodialysis treation once a week for nine weeks. Otherwise the eleven patients in Group T take the medicinal broth of Jianpiyishen prescription once a day for tweleve weeks.Clinic curative effect was studied.ResultsThe data of the Group T is not contrasted with that of the Group C(P＞0.5).After the treatment cycle,the content of the PTH and the score for the clinical symptom of Group T were both clearly lower than Group C(P＜0.05) by the measurement in the ninth week,this result was repeated in the twelfth week.The content of AKP,Ca²⁺,p³⁺in the blood serum between the two groups has the conspicuous contrast.The data above-mentioned of the Group T was obviously different from that of the first week,while the Group C.The result of the chromatic colour ultrasonic inspection for the vasculars in both lower extremities between the two groups was not obviously different.All the content of K⁺ in the blood serum was resembly the same.The total efficiency rate of Group T was 90.9%,whereas that of Group C was 81.8%,the result between the two group was not obviously different(P＞0.5).ConclusionThe hemoperfusion treatment is used to clean the PTH,compared with the hemodialysis,has the better effect for the Master single test of that.Otherwise,the clearance for the AKP in the blood serum,the amelioration to the metabolism of the Ca²⁺and P³⁺,the amelioration of the clinical symptom has been proved to right after the hemoperfusion treatment.While multiple hemoperfusion treatment didn't have the accumulative amelioration.With take Jianpiyishen prescription,the effect after the hemoperfusion treatment stabilizes.It proves that this treatment has the satisfactory effect with the comfortable safety.
