The Clinical Efficacy Of Total Parathyroidectomy With Autotransplantation (tPTx+AT) In The Treatment Of Secondary Hyperparathyroidism (SHPT) In Patients With Long-term Hemodialysis

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of total parathyroidectom y with autotransplantation(t PTx+AT)in the treatment of secondary hyperp arathyroidism(SHPT)in patients with long-term hemodialysis.Methods:The clinical data of patients with SHPT were treated with t PTx+AT from J anuary 2016 to December 2016 in the department of Vascular thyroid su rgery First Affiliated Hospital Of Xinjiang Medical University.The patien ts with preoperative and postoperative intact parathyroid hormone(i PTH),serum calcium,blood phosphorus and other laboratory test indicators of s tatistical analysis,and preoperative and postoperative half a year to fill t he SF-36 quality of life scale,to evaluate the effect of t PTx+AT on SHP T.Results:Compared with pre-operation,the levels of blood i PTH,blood p hosphorus and calcium were decreased in patients.Patient pain,sleep,etc.w ere significantly improved compared with preoperative.Conclusion:t PTx+AT is effective in the treatment of long-term hemodialysis patients with SHPT,and can improve the quality of life of patients.
