The Effects Of Invigorating Qi Promoting Blood Flow Therapy On Changes Of Extremitas Inferior Motor Function And MMP-9 To The Patients With Acute Cerebral Infarction Of Qixuxueyu Syndrome

Objective:To observe the effects of invigorating qi promoting blood flow therapy on changes of nerves function score and MMP-9,TNF-αto the patients with acute cerebral infarction of qixuxueyu syndrome.Method:The patients with acute cerebral infarction of qixuxueyu syndrome in foshan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine dividatur in cure and control group with the metood of simple randomization.All the patients will take venous blood 4ml of empty stomach in the early morning and centrifugal separation blood serum quickly,then store in subzero twenty temperature for det.At the same time,prior and post treatment do nerve function score(Barthel index,NIH Stroke scale,simplify Fugl-Meyer), observing and comparing the two group changes of nerves function score in prior and post treatment.And choicing twenty person for healthy control group in healthy medical examination,taking venous blood 4ml of empty stomach in the early morning and centrifugal separation blood serum quickly for det.Result:The serum MMP-9 levels in ACI patients of the cure group were (263.62±102.23)ug/L,(315.35±113.25)ug/L and(140.96±46.64)ug/L,the control group were(258.56±97.73)ug/L,(351.36±121.95)ug/L,(230.45±68.58)ug/L respectively at 1d,7d,14d after the onset.The above serum MMP-9 levels were higher than that of the heathy control,merely(120.15±43.8)ug/L(P＜0.05,respectively).Their have no significant difference in the 1,7 day of admission(P＞0.05),but have significant difference in the 14 day of admission(P ＜0.05).The serum TNF-αlevels in ACI patients of the cure group were (51.16±16.02)ug/L,(53.44±12.50)ug/L,(28.76±10.53)ug/L,the control group were(49.65±15.23)ug/L,(56.62±16.23)ug/L,(35.26±12.81)ug/L respectively at 1d,7d,14d after the onset.The above serum TNF-αlevels were higher than that of the heathy control,merely (18.71±6.38)ug/L(P＜0.05,respectively).Their have no significant difference in the 1,7 day of admission(P＞0.05),but have significant difference in the 14 day of admission(P＜0.05).The nerves function score have no significant difference in prior treatment of the two group,and the score have significant difference in post-treatment in the cure and control group,the cure group have more changes than the control group and have significant difference.ConclusionThe effects of invigorating qi promoting blood flow therapy improve nerves function score and degrade the level of MMP-9 and TNF-αand profit neurofunctiona recove to the patients with acute cerebral infarction of qixuxueyu syndrome...
