Influence Of Exercise To Protein Mass Spectra Of Achilles Tendon Rupture

Purpose;Do some research on the urine after operation of Achilles tendon rupture whether there is any difference between the closed-plaster group and movement group.Methods;Do the operation of Parachute-Like and Through Calcaneus Suture Combination for the Repair of rabbits' Achilles Tendon Rupture,separate them from gypsum fixation group and functional exercise group,collect the urine sample to do the protein mass chromatographic analysis.Results;There is some protein highly expressed on 970 and 1464 dalton in the group of functional exercise group,and there is some protein highly expressed on 1231 dalton in the group of gypsum fixation group.Conclusion;Protein in urine expressed differently from gypsum fixation group to functional exercise group,it indicates that healing mechanism is different.
