Objective:The current method of treatment of Achilles tendon rupture has a lot of kinds, according to different contrast woven material is less, this study mainly discusses the use of plantar tendon weaving suture with traditional suture suture the clinical curative effect of treatment of Achilles tendon rupture,by comparing the postoperative recovery, and the choice of the ways of clinical surgery, offer some help. Methods:Combined with the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a retrospective analysis was performed on 46 patients with Achilles tendon rupture admitted to the department of traumatic osteopathy, affiliated hospital of QingHai university between October 2013 and August 2019.All patients were divided into three groups according to the different surgical methods: group A was the traditional suture suture open suture group,A total of 18 cases;Group B was a closed suture group with traditional suture method, with a total of 13 cases.Group C was a metatarsal tendon knitting suture suture group with a total of 15 cases. The operation time,ROM of the affected foot in the first 3 months, the maximum number of single-foot heel lifts and postoperative complications such as infection, foreign body sensation, numbness and refracture of the three groups were compared, and AOFAS score was used for functional evaluation. Results:All 46 patients were followed up for 1 to 14 months, with an average of 7 months. The operating time of the C group was(30.46±0.56)min,and the angles of plantar flexion and dorsal extension in the first three months were as follows: 1 month: plantar flexion(31.63±0.69)° dorsal extension(-5.68±0.72)°;2 months: plantar flexion(35.46±0.59)° dorsal extension(11.45±0.56)°;3 months: Metatarsal flexion(32.31±9.26)° dorsalis extension(25.22±9.29)°),the maximum number of foot lifts was(12.25±0.55),and the postoperative AOFAS score was(98.31±9.26).There was no refracture or infection,no foreign body sensation, and 1 case of numbness.Compared with the patients in group A and group B,the Angle of dorsiflexion and plantar flexion of the ankle joint, the maximum number of heel lifts and the AOFAS score of the ankle joint were statistically significant in the first three months after surgery(P<0.05).The operation time and general data were not statistically significant(P>,0.05).Although postoperative complications were not statistically significant compared with those in groups A and B,the number of infected patients and the number of foreign body sensation and numbness near the Achilles tendon in group C was lower than that in groups A and B,and there was no re-rupture in groups A,B and C.Conclusion:(1)the braiding suture of metatarsal tendon has a definite effect on the treatment of Achilles tendon rupture. In the first three months after the operation, the movement of the Achilles tendon in the affected foot is larger than that of the traditional suture group, and it recovers normal function faster, which is more in line with the modern compact social life and the concept of rapid recovery;(2)metatarsal tendon weaving suture has fewer postoperative complications than traditional suture suture, especially foreign body sensation and numbness, and the patients’ experience is more satisfactory;(3)the metatarsal tendon weaving suture method is not difficult to operate, and the difference between the operation time and the traditional suture method is not large, which is more suitable for most primary physicians, and is a good choice.
