Subject:Use two observation methods to compare several commonly used medicines fentanyl,Lidocaine, midazolam to reduce propofol injection pain, seeks the most superior plan to supply the clinical reference use.Method:choosing 140 Vein general anesthesia patients,ASAⅠ-Ⅱ,Patients were randomly allocated into four groups and use randomized double-blind clinical study.Injection of the test mixture were given 120s prior to giving the propofol, observe the patient life symptom change, for each patient, verbal rating scale(VRS) before falling asleep was recorded as the pain score after injects the propofol, after regains consciousness, the ache vision analogue scale(VAS) to carry on the appraisal for the injection pain, data were analysed the SPSS13.0 and PEMS 3.1.Result:In the VRS grading, the control group has the statistical difference, but other three test groups had not statistical differences; In the VAS grading, there is not statistical difference between the fentanyl group and control group(p>0.05),for the Lidocaine group and midazolam group have the statistical difference(p<0.01) with the control group,There is no statistical difference between Lidocaine group and fentanyl group(p>0.05).Conclusion:1.Choose thick blood vesell to inject, adjust the injectiong speed, depress the temperature of the propofol, make the patient's emotion stabilization and so on.Which can reduce the propofol injection adding the right medicine.2.According to the convenienct and efficient aspect, useing midazolam or lidocaine injection firstly is the right way to reduce the pain of the propofol injection.3.The VAS combine with VRS is the right way to evaluate the pain of the propofol injection, which make the result preciser, more impersonality and more comprehensive.
