ObjectiveTo explore the value of real-time three dimensional echocardiography (RT3DE) in evaluation of the global and regional left ventricular systolic function in patients with CABG surgery.MethodsForty seven patients with CABG surgery were examined by RT3DE in different terms as before surgery, after surgery one week and after surgery three month. To analysis 3D dimensions in Qlab software, and get left ventricular data curve. ESV, EDV, EF, REF, Tmsv 16-SD, etc. data were calculated and perform their difference. Repeat those examination to evaluate the repetition.ResultsThere were differences among REF, Tmsv 16-SD and Tmsv 16-Dif of T2 group and T1 group (P<0.05). There is no difference between T2 group and T1 group in EF (P>0.05). There were significant differences amongEF, REF, Tmsv 16-SD and Tmsv 16-Dif of T3 group and T1 group (P<0.01).ConclusionRT-3DE can objectively evaluate left ventricular global and regional systolic function in patients with CABG surgery.
