The Efficacy Of The Training Of Three Grade Visual Function Of Treatment Of Amblyopia

Purpose Through comparing efficacy of comprehensive therapy of amblyopia and comprehensive therapy combined with the training of visual function in the different time treatment of amblyopia ,effective establishment of visual function,relapse rate and the efficacy of treatment for a relatively perfect amblyopia treatment programmes,and to provide clinical basis.Patients May 20022006 january, One hundred and thirty-five consecutive out-patients (199 eyes) in my hospital visit amblyopia treatment for amblyopia were included, 62 male(95eyes) and 73 female(104 eyes). exclude other eye disorders.Methods cases were randomly divided into two groups:the control group were given comprehensive treatment methods for the treatment group in the control group treated with the increase depending on the basis of visual function.30 days for a course of treatment.In the treatment of the two groups,treatment results,statistics on the rate of recurrence of control.Result X2 test data processing,p<0.05 found there were significant differences.Results1. Treatment with the extension of the basic cure rate of the two groups are improving.For a month and 3-month,both the cure rate compared no statistical significance .For 6 months and 12 months,both the cure rate were significantly different.2. (1) the degree of the effect of treatment of amblyopia with 6the deepening of the basic level of amblyopia cure rate is gradually declining.Light to moderate amblyopia basic cure rate of the treatment group compared with the control group were significantly different.(2)the relationship between age and the curative effect 3-5 years and 6-8 years of age basic cure rate of the treatment group compared with the control group were significantly different.(3) the relationship between amblyopia types and the curative effect two groups are in effect ametropia group highest cure rate,strabismic amblyopia second,and once again the anisometropia amblyopia. Ametropia amblyopia and strabismus amblyopia treatment group basically cured rate compared with the control group were significant differences between the treatment group anisometropia oup compared with the control group were significantly differ.The anisometropia amblyopia treatment group basic cure rate compared with the control group was not significant. (4) the relationship between watching nature and the curative effect the center fixation amblyopia and non- center fixation amblyopia treatment group basic cure rate compared with the control group was significant.3. The visual functional recovery of two groups are significant difference in 12 months.Conclusions The visual function training combined with comprehensive therapy of amblyopia is a effective approach of amblyopia treatment, but also need a little time to take advantage of the treatment. As with the treatment of age small, light to moderate, ametropia, Strabismus, non-center fixation amblyopia of the efficacy particularly obvious. The visual function training combined with comprehensive therapy of amblyopia can effectively improve visual function, lower relapse rate.1. from the treatment of age, the study of a cure rate of the two groups are 3-5 years old had the highest.
