Objective To study the value comparison of 99mTcO4-/99mTc-MIBI develop with color doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma and postoperative recurrence or cervical part metastasis. Method We retrospectively analyzed 150 case patients of thyroid occupation handled by operation and 21 case patients of thyroid carcinoma carried out second operation doubted postoperative recurrence or cervical part metastasis. All patients undergoed 99mTcO4-/99mTc-MIBI develop and color doppler ultrasonography in one week of preoperation. We used pathological examination after operation as a standard and compared diagnostic value of 99mTcO4-/99mTc-MIBI develop and color doppler ultrasonography through analyzing 437 cases of thyroid primary lesion,215 cases of primary lesion that diameter exceed 1cm and 87cases of thyroid carcinoma doubted postoperative recurrence or cervical part metastasis. Result In the diagnose of thyroid primary lesion, sensitivity of color doppler ultrasonography was higher than 99mTcO4-/99mTc-MIBI develop(p<0.05),but there was no statistically significance in the aspect of specificity and accuracy;In the diagnose of primary lesion of diameter exceeding 1cm, 99mTcO4-/99mTc-MIBI develop was higher than color doppler ultrasonography(p<0.05), but there was no statistically significance in the aspect of specificity and accuracy;In the diagnose of thyroid carcinoma doubted postoperative recurrence or cervical part metastasis, sensitivity,specificity and accuracy was lower than 99mTcO4-/99mTc-MIBI develop(p<0.05)Conclusion Methods of 99mTcO4-/99mTc-MIBI develop and color doppler ultrasonography have advantage and defect. Color doppler ultrasonography is more sensitiver than 99mTcO4-/99mTc-MIBI develop for small diameter thyroid carcinoma lesion, 99mTcO4-/99mTc-MIBI develop is more sensitiver for large diameter thyroid carcinoma lesion, especially preponderance is obvious for thyroid carcinoma doubted postoperative recurrence or cervical part metastasis. Combination of the two methods can complement each other and identify quality of focus of infection early so as to offer useful message for clinic treatment prescription.
