Application Of Insulin Analogue Aspart30 In Patients With Type 2 Diabetes

As numerous research and clinical experience confirmed, continuous hyperglycemia can worsen the occurrence and progress of the microvascular and macrovascular complications in diabetic patients. Moreover, more and more evidence indicated that continuous postprandial hyperglycemia is not good to the whole glucose control and the complications in the later period. To control glucose strictly is the basic of puting off the occurrence and development of diabetes and its chronic complications. As hypoinsulinism is serious and sulphanylureas becomes invalid gradually in the diabetic type 2 patients with long course, unitting more oral antidiabetic drug can not control glucose effectively. At this time, Insulin should be used to control glucose as satisfied as possible.Insulin analogue Aspart30 developed by the gene recombination technology with changes in the amino acid structure has faster onset and peak time and can be injected before meals or at meals. It is in accordance with physiological postprandial insulin secretion curves. To investigate the effects of insulin analogue Aspart30 and the incidence of hypoglycemia, type 2 diabetic patients with Insulin analogue Aspart30 and premixed regular insulin Novolin 30R were retrospectively analyzed.The results show that after the therapy of insulin analogue Aspart30, fasting glucose,postprandial glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin have dropped significantly, as compared with those before treatment, which was statistically significant (P<0.05); the fasting glucose,the 2-hour postprandial glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and the incidence of hypoglycemia in patients with insulin analogue Aspart30 are lower than those in patients with premixed regular insulin Novolin 30R, which was statistically significant (P<0.05).We find that insulin analogue Aspart30 can effectively reduce hyperglycemia than premixed regular insulin Novolin 30R. The action of insulin analogue Aspart30 with lower incidence of hypoglycemia and more security is in accordance with physiological insulin secretion curves. Aspart30 has faster onset and can be injected before meals,at meals or after meals.It has more superiority than premixed regular insulin Novolin 30R. The side effects of insulin analogue Aspart30 will be analysed with more patients and long time except hypoglycemia.
