Objective:1.To observe the change of immunity function of intestinal tract of severely burned rats;2. To observe the opsonization of medicined diet on immune dysfunction in intestinal tract of severely burned rats;3.To investigate the possible mechanism of the opsonization of immune dysfunction in intestinal tract of severely burned rats and the available methods to improve intestinal tract immunological function after burned.Methods:To design a kind of medicined diet. According to the making methods of medicined diet to decoct traditional Chinese drug into the medicinal broth。The 100 healthy Wistar rats with 50% female and 50% male weighting 200±20g were divided into the burned with lavaging medicined diet group(groupA,n=30), the burned with lavaging bouillon group(groupB,n=30),the convention breeding group (groupC,n=30)and the normal control group(group D,n=10) randomly. The rats were burned on the back about 30%TBSAⅢ°degree through pathological verification and the rats of the group D were fake burned in 37℃..The rats of the A,B,C group were respectively given the medicined diet,bouillon and convention food at post-burn earlier period. The rats of group D were killed for sampling after the experiment begining. at 3,7,14 post-burn day, 10 rats of the group A,B and C were respectively killed for sampling in the condition of asepsis to detect:(1)intestinal mucosa Pathomorphology observation(2)change of blood plasm endotoxin (3)change of T lymphocyte cells and subsets of rat intestinal Peyer's patch (4)The density of sIgA .All the experimental datas were analyzed by SPSS 12.0. Results:1.intestinal mucosa Pathomorphology observation: intestinal mucosa of A,B,C group rat occurred different pathomorphological change after scalded. intestinal mucosa of A group rat basically recoverd nomal.at the post-burn 14thd,but intestinal mucosa of B,C group rat didn't completely recoverd nomal. at the post-burn 14thd.2.change of blood plasm endotoxin: Comparied with Group D, plasm endotoxic of A,B,C group was ascended significantly at every phase point after scaled (P<0.05or P<0.01), plasm endotoxic of A group was descended significantly than B,C group at every phase point after burned(P<0.05或P<0.01).3.change of T lymphocyte cells and subsets of rat Peyer's patch on the intestinal mucosa: at the post-burn 3th,7th d,Comparied with Group D, total Peyer's patch lymphocyte number of A,B,C group was significantly descended (P<0.05orP<0.01); at the post-burn 14thd ,total Peyer's patch lymphocyte number of B,C group has significantly differences than D group (p<0.05), while A group has not significantly differences than D group (p>0.05); at the post-burn 7th,14thd ,A group has significantly differences than B,C group(p<0.05) (2) Comparied with group D, percent and total of CD3+of Peyer's patch in the A,B,C group were descended significantly at every phase point after scaled (p<0.05 or p<0.01); A group has significantly differences than B,C group at every phase point after scaled (p<0.05) (3) Comparied with group D, percent and total of CD4+of Peyer's patch in the A,B,C group were descended significantly at the post-burn 3th,7th d (p<0.05 or p<0.01); at the post-burn 14thd ,percent and total of CD4+of Peyer's patch in the A group has not significantly differences than D group (p>0.05), while A group has significantly differences than B,C group at every phase point after scaled (p<0.05) (4) at the post-burn 3th,7th d, percent and total of CD8+of Peyer's patch in the A,B,C group were ascended,there were significantly differences than D group (p<0.05); A,B,C group has no significantly differences than D group at 14thd (p>0.05); at the post-burn 3th,7th d, A group has significantly differences than B,C group(p<0.05). 4.The density of sIgA: Compared with the Group D, the density of sIgA of group A was apparently lower at 3,7PBD(P<0.05)while there was no statistical significance at 14 PBD. and the density of sIgA of group B and group C was also apparently lower than that of group D at the every phase period times(P<0.01 or P<0.05); the density of sIgA in the A group was apparently higher than in the B,C group at the every phase period times(P<0.05或P<0.01)。Conclusions:The earlier period medicined diet can promote the recovery of the membrana mucosa of intestinal tract after rat was scaled,simultaneously low the content of LPS of blood plasma;promote sIgA secretion, profit the hyperplasy of Peyer's patch cell in the intestinal tract,improve the proportion of T lymphocyte cells subsets of rat Peyer's patch in the intestinal mucosa, and the immunity function of intestinal tract was improved thereby.
