Objective: To discuss the significance of the deleption of fragile histidine triad genes, over-expression of C-myc and infection of HPV16/ 18in the process of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer. Methods: 20 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and 30 cases of Cervical cancer (CC) are included. The expression of fragil histidine triad genes and C-myc were evaluated by immunohist ochemistry (Maxvision). The infection of HPV16/18 were determined by hydralization insitu. 10 cases of chronic cervical inflammation were included as control group.Results:(1)FHIT are all positive in chronic cervical inflammation group. The decreasing or depleti on incidence of FHIT are 45% in CIN insitua, The decreasing or depletion incidence in cervical cancer is 63.3%. C-myc are expression positive 20% in chronic cervical inflammation group. The expression positive on incidence of C-myc are 45% in CIN insitu accordingly. The expression positive incidence in cervical cancer is 66.7%. HPV16/18 are expression positive 10% in chronic cervical inflammation group. The expression positive on incidence of C-myc are 50% in CIN insitua. The expression positive incidence in cervical cancer is 73.7%, the difference are all obvious(p< 0.0 5).(2)FHIT depletion incidence elevates with the the lymph node shift,FIGO by stages along elevates. The C-myc expression elevates along with FIGO, the pathology graduation elevates, the lymph node shift by stages elevates, the difference is obvious.3) HPV16/18 is positively Correlate with C-myc and negatively with FHIT in the cervical cancerConclusions:1 The positive incidence of HPV16/18 is obviously relevance to C-myc and negative relevance to FHIT in cervical cancer. Supports FHIT, the C-myc gene is High risk HPV target gene .2 HPV has the vital clinical significance of sieves looks up, the early diagnosis3 FHIT, C-myc have the important value to appraisal of the cervical cancer treatment result and estimate of the prognostic...
