Medical morality, taking interpersonal relationships in the field of medical and health as the thread, studies people's code of conduct. Medical moral psychology is the mental process of the development of medical morality, which will be increasingly important to the research on medical moral psychology with the development of medical science and the change of medical model.Traditional moral education of Chinese tertiary institution is accustomed to have normative education to medical university students from ideological and political work, disregarding for research on moral psychology which is important for formation of individuals' moral traits. Moral psychology, which is dynastic factors for medical university students' moral action, controls and reconciles individuals' moral life. Therefore, based on status of moral education of Chinese tertiary institution, research on moral psychology provides a new way of thinking to improve its actual effect. The purpose of the medical moral education is to make medical undergraduates form stable feature and tendency of the medical moral psychology. In order to improve the development of the medical moral psychology as well as ensure the result of medical moral education, we should continuously make the medical moral education suit to the rule of the formation and development of medical moral psychology.Moral mental process and moral mental characteristics of individual constitute integral inner metal structure. This determines the theoretical basis, influencing factors and the systemic features of the cultivation measures of the medical undergraduates'moral psychology. Under the theoretical background of connotation theory, structure theory (including medical moral cognition, affection, will, act theory), and internalization and externalization theory of the medical moral psychology, this study, combing with the systematic investigation on the medical undergraduates'moral psychology, analyzes the macro-objective factors (including economic system, values, and educational mechanism), micro-objective factors (including school education, knowledge structure, family environment, and extracurricular activities), and subjective factors (including acceptance, choice, internalization, externalization, and sublimation factors of the medical morality) that influence the medical undergraduates'moral psychology. Finally, from the macro, micro, and subjective perspectives, this paper proposes some systemic training measures, which is helpful to optimize moral psychological structure of medical undergraduates, to regulate their moral psychological barriers, and to mold their moral personality. This paper attempts to bring the healthy, active and vigor ingredients of the medical moral psychology into moral education for medical undergraduates and aims at providing new ways and methods for systemic benign construction of the moral psychology and moral education for medical undergraduates in the new era.
