Objective:To explore the clinical and pathologic characteristics,treatment in young women with breast cancer.Methods:From January 2004 to December 2006,clinical and pathologic information in 103 young patients with breast cancer were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The vistit time less then six month was 77 cases and more then six month was 26 cases. The stage I was 16 cases,stage II 47cases, stage III 40cases. The diagnostic accuracy of ultrasonography and mammography was statistical difference respectively(P<0.05),when 27 cases intamamary diameter were between 1cm to 2cm. There were 7.1% of young patients among all breast cancer cases collected during the same period ,there were 83.4%of invasive ductal cancer . The rate of lymph nodes metastases were found in 62.1%. The negative rate of expression of ER and PR was 66.0%,the positive rate of expression of C-erbB-2 was 70.9%. The expression of ER/PR and The tumur size,had no relation to lymph nodes status(P>0.05). The expression of C-erbB-2 had relation to lymph nodes status(P<0.05).Conclusion:The course of disease was long.The infitrative ductal carcinoma was more.The young women with breast cancer had the strong invasive in earlier period,the lymph nodes metastasis,the negative expression of ER and PR and the positive expression of C-erbB-2 is higher.The young patient suspected of breast cancer should combined the ultrasonography with mammography to improve the diagnostic rate of breast cancer in young wonmen...
